Nystrom closes the distance and clinches up with Whites, looking for a takedown. Nystrom pushes Whites against the cage but Whites circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

Chese should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.

Chese is working on a single leg takedown against the cage. Bicholson can't fight it off and eventually Chese manages to take the fight to the floor. Bicholson looks annoyed but at least he's managed to land in guard.

Bicholson is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.
There's a bit of a scramble here and now Bicholson is on top in guard.

We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Chese can do anything to dispel that myth.
Bicholson misses with a strike but at least he's keeping busy, looking to cause some damage - that will still help him when it comes to the judges scorecards.

Bicholson has hold of Chese's arm here. He's working for an Americana. It looks like he might have it! Chese tries to escape but he's just digging himself in deeper - Bicholson cranks the arm and Chese screams in pain! The ref makes a decision and ends the fight before the tap - no complains from Chese, who is just happy to have his arm attached to his body.
