Jag throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Gauthier's waist but Gauthier gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Jag off to one side.
Gauthier throws a series of punches but Jag avoids them all with ease.
Jag tries to close the distance and clinch up but Gauthier swats him away and circles back towards the center.

A big right followed by a crushing left from greg knocks Cawk out cold! Ouch - that one's going to be featured in highlight reels for years to come!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

fili gets caught flat footed, as Spencer shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.
fili is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
Spencer passes fili's right leg, so he's now in half guard.
fili is trying to stand up here but Spencer is controlling him well.
Spencer is nestled in close to fili, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.
Spencer wants to pass the guard but fili is defending well.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Spencer looks to land a strike but fili avoids it nicely and regains full guard.

Bogdanov dances in with a quick combination. Volkanov is being worked over with jabs and crosses. Oooh, a right straight from Bogdanov snaps Volkanov's head back. Volkanov stumbles backwards against the cage. Bogdanov steps forward and delivers a right cross that connects with Volkanov's jaw, simultaneously knocking him out and sending his mouthpiece into the crowd! There's a worthy souvenir for the fans. This one is over folks. Volkanov just didn't come prepared.
