The bell rings for round one and we are underway! blackfoot connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt. Little tries to close the distance and clinch up but blackfoot swats him away and circles back towards the center. blackfoot clinches up against the cage. blackfoot drops down for a takedown but doesn't get it.

blackfoot wants to sweep here but Little controlling him for the moment. Little stops blackfoot from standing up. Little throwing strikes but missing. blackfoot manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Little manages to get himself to full guard.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Hilo drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard. Ko looking to hit a scissor sweep but Hilo is one step ahead there. Hilo passes into half guard. Ko looking for submissions off his back. Hilo is tying to control. Ko wants to improve his position but can't escape this time. Ko pushes Hilo off looking to stand but Hilo dives back in and keeps control.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Ko is trying to defend against the ground and pound but Hilo scores with a couple of nice shots. Ko is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two. Ko blocking the ground and pound attempt from Hilo. Hilo lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears. Hilo scoring with strikes to the body and head. Hilo stops Ko from getting back to his feet.
Hilo content to sit in half guard and control for a moment.

Silk misses with a low kick. Silk fails miserably with a takedown attempt. Noisewater looking for a takedown here - he's got it. Silk on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Silk tries to get out of the position. Silk is trying to control the position but Noisewater postures up. Nice work there by Silk! Silk might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground. Silk lands a couple of digs. Noisewater working a defensive guard here.
Noisewater has his foot on Silk's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Silk works his way back into a safe position though. Noisewater looks gassed! That was a close second round but I would say that Casey Silk will probably get the nod. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! This is the final round!

Silk is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Noisewater Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Silk's back instead. Silk is in close to Noisewater's body, working some short punches and elbows. Noisewater controls Silk momentarily but Silk frees himself. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Noisewater throwing some rather feeble looking strikes off his back.
Silk wants to control from the top but Noisewater keeps moving. Silk postures up and scores with a shot to the body and a follow up elbow to the head.
And that's the end of the fight! That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Casey Silk. Well Silk has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Diaz keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl. Diaz smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Lange Jnr slips a jab and a cross from Payne.

Lange Jnr bucks up and manages to get a nice reversal! He's in guard on the top - nicely done! Payne will have to put a bit more behind his punches if he's going to do any damage from this position.
Payne wants to get back to his feet but Lange Jnr is in a dominant position and won't allow it. Lange Jnr drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Payne dives on top into guard. Payne passes Lange Jnr's right leg, so he's now in half guard.

Teddy Payne is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach. Lange Jnr swinging wildly from the bottom but he's not landing. Jimmy Lange Jnr has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Payne tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
