0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of London, Kingdom McKwen! The judges for this bout are Donald Grub, James Atkins and Chris Edwards.
 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! McKwen shoots in for a double leg but Jones sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy. Jones works over McKwen's head and body with a nice combination.
McKwen shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. McKwen showed some decent athleticism there. Jones trying to hold on to McKwen's head to control him but McKwen postures up.
McKwen lands with an elbow from half guard - that looked like it hurt. McKwen not landing any meaningful shots this time. Jones is trying to stand up here but McKwen is controlling him well.
 That's one minute gone in the round. Jones blocking the ground and pound attempt from McKwen. McKwen working the head and body with strikes. McKwen missing with some ground and pound from the half guard. McKwen tries to pass the half guard into mount. Jones knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt. Jones tries to kick McKwen off but McKwen keeps his base steady and stays in half guard. McKwen is keeping good posture, landing some ground and pound. McKwen is striking from the bottom but Jones uses the opportunity to pass into half guard. McKwen wants to sweep but Jones has passed to side control! McKwen is looking for a sweep.
Jones decides to stand back up. Jones steps back and let's McKwen get back to his feet. Adam Jones seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Jones throws a combination but it was largely blocked by McKwen.
 That's four minutes gone in the round. Jones throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. No joy there for Jones, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Jones will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

Nice cross by Mrakomor. Mrakomor fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Diaz manages to avoid it. Diaz shoots in and drives through. Mrakomor sprawls well. Diaz misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out. Mrakomor scores with a hook. Diaz fails miserably with a takedown attempt. Ruda Mrakomor has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Diego Diaz. Diaz shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it. Mrakomor misses with a straight right. Diaz throws a nice inside leg kick. That could be painful for both fighters. Ruda Mrakomor is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Diaz with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Mrakomor to score with a decent uppercut. Diaz tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head. Diaz looks for a takedown but Mrakomor sprawls well. Mrakomor cracks a nice hook into Diaz's ribs. Diaz changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Mrakomor tries to avoid it but Diaz manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Mrakomor to the ground. Mrakomor escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. Mrakomor thuds a left hand into Diaz's body. Mrakomor lands with a straight right. Diaz didn't see that one coming. Mrakomor goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo. Ruda Mrakomor is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach.
 That's four minutes gone in the round. Mrakomor paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button. Mrakomor punishes Diaz's body with a nice straight punch. A punch lands to the side of Diaz 's head but he takes it in his stride. Mrakomor tries to bum rush Diaz with a series of wild strikes but Diaz uses good footwork to avoid the assault. Mrakomor lands a really nice looking cross but Diaz seems unphased.
Mrakomor missing with a left hand there. Diaz was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one. A punch lands to the side of Diaz 's head but he takes it in his stride. Donk. Mrakomor catches Diaz right on the button with a cross. Diaz shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Mrakomor pinned against the cage. Mrakomor gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. Diaz shoots for a double leg takedown but Mrakomor sprawls well. He's pushed Diaz's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
And that's the end of the fight! Ruda Mrakomor showed his dominance in that final round. Well I reckon that's a shut out for Mrakomor, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

Thornton fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Knight sprawls well initially but Thornton persists and gets the takedown into half guard. Both fighters really going for it on the ground here! Thornton seems to have lost interest with the ground game and is thinking about standing back up.
