The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Experiment thows a body shot but no joy. Pain bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes. Experiment shoots in for a takedown but Pain shows good takedown defense. Pain shoots in and drives through. Experiment sprawls well. Experiment stuffs the takedown. Pain moves out of range of the body kick from Experiment.
A head kick misses from Experiment. Experiment has his takedown stuffed and Pain counters into the clinch. Nicely done. Pain jumps guard and drags Experiment to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back. Experiment trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat. Experiment pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Pain is keeping the position for now. Pain pulls Experiment in close to his closed guard and prevents Experiment from doing any damage or advancing position. Pain trying to keep a closed guard but Experiment is proving a slippery customer.
Pain has thrown up a leg looking for a triangle. Experiment doesn't defend quickly enough and Pain has managed to lock this one up! Can Experiment escape?! NO! He's tapping out! Damn, that was a quick submission - congrats to Pain on a fantastic submission victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Killa keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl. Killa looking for a takedown here - he's got it. Killa trying to control the position from guard on top but Alittle is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Killa accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand. Killa postures up in Alittle's guard and throws a big left but Alittle blocks it. Alittle doesn't do any damage with a couple of strikes from the bottom.
Killa throws a strike but Alittle rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top. Killa wants to stand up but Alittle is controlling him. Killa working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Alittle. Both fighters really going for it on the ground here! Alittle stays in close to Killa's body and controls the position.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Alittle shoots in for a double leg but Killa sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy. Killa shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat. Alittle controls Killa momentarily but Killa frees himself. The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves.
That's one minute gone in the round. Killa is sitting in guard, working some ground and pound. Killa working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage. Alittle had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Killa is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Alittle Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Killa's back instead. You can see the frustration on Killa's face… He knows he is in trouble unless he improves his position sooner rather than later.
The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring. Alittle wants to control but Killa is keeping busy. Alittle is hanging on to Killa's back as he tries to escape.
Alittle is not going to allow Killa to sit and survive in this position. Killa controlling the position well but he knows he's in a bad position. Alittle has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. Alittle has his opponent's back and is working for the choke. Alittle avoiding Killa 's attempts to control his hands.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Killa is trying to get back to his feet but he's not managed it yet. Killa is breathing heavily. Killa looks to control his opponent's hands but he's not mananging it at the moment. Oooh a big shot gets through from Alittle. Many more shots like that and the referee will have to think about stepping in!
Killa tries to escape but Alittle has the hooks in and won't let him break free. Alittle lands with a nice looking elbow that stuns Killa.

Killa won't enjoy being in this position. Alittle looking for the choke. Oh... he's slipped the arm under the neck - Killa is tapping - it's over boys! Alittle picks up the submission victory!

He's worked his way up against the ropes but Jackson has just dragged him back down to the mat. Jackson lands a decent elbow from side control. Jackson working the body and head with strikes. Ulanov is putting a lot of effort into getting back to his feet here. Ulanov is looking to reverse the position.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Ulanov can't do much from the bottom here. Igor Ulanov is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach. Jackson has hold of Ulanov's arm here. He's working for an Americana. It looks like he might have it! Ulanov tries to escape but he's just digging himself in deeper - Jackson cranks the arm and Ulanov screams in pain! The ref makes a decision and ends the fight before the tap - no complains from Ulanov, who is just happy to have his arm attached to his body.

A combination from Cranium does no damage. Cranium ducks under a wild hook from Dong. Dong gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard. Cranium drops back looking for a leg! Dong is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Dong manages to kick Cranium off! Cranium jumps back into Dong's guard. Both fighters really going for it on the ground here! Cranium trying to control the position from guard on top but Dong is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here.
