The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Miller tries to clinch but Silva moves out of range. Silva rushes Miller and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch. Silva is trying to break free. Silva manages to break the clinch.
Miller drives through and clinches with Silva against the cage.
Silva goes for a takedown in the clinch but Miller prevents it.
Miller connects with a knee to the head.
It looks like Fabiano Silva has been cut. Miller landing some nice looking knees to the body.

Miller escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.

Silva takes one to the chin there. Silva tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion. Silva shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Miller pinned against the cage. Miller gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. Randy Miller has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Fabiano Silva. Silva fails with the takedown. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Miller moves into the clinch successfully.

Silva jumps guard but Miller stands there with Silva around his waist. Silva gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.

Silva wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Miller has him pressed against the cage. Silva tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.
Silva looks gassed! Silva has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Miller is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet. Miller tries to land a knee to the head but Silva blocks with his arms.

Silva feints and as Miller raises his hands in defense, Silva changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard. Silva would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard. Silva tries to free his leg and advance position but Miller is retaining full guard. Silva throwing strikes but missing. Silva wants to control from the top but Miller keeps moving. Miller looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Silva tries to stand but Miller is controlling from the bottom. Miller preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage. There's a bit of a scramble here and now Miller is on top in guard.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Silva has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Miller can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself. Miller postures up and scores with a shot to the body and a follow up elbow to the head. Miller trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Silva working a defensive guard here.

Miller is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Silva is controlling him. Silva throws a big right hand that misses. Silva looking to pass the guard. Silva loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry. Silva preventing the sweep. Miller is looking to stand up but Silva isn't so interested in that idea. Miller trying to strike off his back.

Silva misses with an elbow over the top. Silva tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Miller just stands there and leans against the cage. The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Pinksy throws a head kick that lands with a deafening thwack! The crowd roars as Rivlin stumbles backwards and falls to the mat. Pinksy follows into mount!

It looks like Adamah Rivlin has been cut. Rivlin tries to get back to half guard but can't. Rivlin is still in real trouble! Can Pinksy finish him? Rivlin seems to have recovered his senses. Rivlin is squirming around, avoiding Pinksy's attempts to control the action. Rivlin regains half guard. We're hearing some news coming in from back stage. It's official - Rivlin has eaten all the pies! Rivlin looking for submissions off his back. Rivlin is refusing to be controlled, as Pinksy sits in half guard. Rivlin works his way to full guard. Good work.
That's one minute gone in the round. Rivlin looking to sweep here. No luck so far. Pinksy will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. Rivlin will have to put a bit more behind his punches if he's going to do any damage from this position.
Rivlin manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Pinksy manages to get himself to full guard.

That's two minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. Rivlin throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent.
Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up. Pinksy throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Horrible takedown by Rivlin or perhaps it was just good defense by Pinksy which made him look bad. Pinksy throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Rivlin fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt. Pinksy throws a right and a left that Rivlin avoids nicely.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Pinksy gets caught flat footed, as Rivlin shoots in with a quick takedown into guard. Rivlin postures up in Pinksy's guard and throws a big left but Pinksy blocks it. Pinksy preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage. Rivlin drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Rivlin jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position. Rivlin passes Pinksy's left leg - he's now in half guard. Rivlin is looking to pass the guard... He's managed it - he's now in full mount! Rivlin with good strikes from the mount here! Rivlin has hold of Pinksy's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Pinksy manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The referee warns Pinksy that he has to improve his position here as he takes two more clean shots to the head.
Rivlin with good strikes from the mount here! Rivlin is in full mount, looking to secure a guillotine but Pinksy is surviving well by controlling Rivlin's body position as best he can. Rivlin looks gassed! This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Rivlin lands with some strikes. Rivlin unloading with bombs! Rivlin working the ground and pound effectively.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. A nice elbow there by Rivlin. Rivlin pausing momentarily but resumes with a couple of decent strikes that do a bit of damage. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up. Pinksy throws a sloppy head kick and Rivlin moves out of range easily. Rivlin shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Pinksy as he jumps to the side. Rivlin will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Pinksy bobs and weaves and then throws a good body kick. Rivlin moves out of range as Pinksy strikes. The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Young shoots in and bounces Cowell off the cage to secure the takedown into guard. Cowell strikes from his own guard. Young stands and throws Cowell's legs to the side, diving into side control. Young decides to stand back up. Young steps back and let's Cowell get back to his feet. Cowell fails with the takedown and Young counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Young trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. Young trying to control the position from guard on top but Cowell is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Young wants to pass the guard but Cowell is keeping the position. Cowell working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Young doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Young manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

Young tries for a takedown but Cowell circles away easily and Cowell counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Young's guard now. Young is breathing heavily. Young working a defensive guard here.

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult. Cowell slips effortlessly into side control - very nice. Cowell working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it. You can see the frustration on Young's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Young is looking for a sweep. Young might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground. Young is sneaking out the side here. He's bucked Cowell off and has taken his back! Young trying desperately to keep hold of the dominant position.
Cowell tries to escape the position - he's now mounted. Is that better or worse? Hard to tell! Young working to secure an arm triangle but it's not happening for him just yet. Cowell tries to hold on but Young pushes him away.

He made it but it will have taken a lot out of him to cut those extra few pounds. Samuel Jacquar has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Panna Jaa's chin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Infamous fails miserably with a takedown attempt. Infamous wants to clinch. Chang rushes Infamous and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch. Chang has Infamous pushed against the cage. Chang seems to have come into the fight with the intention of avoiding any damage in the clinch, rather than actually showing any aggression. Chang breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Infamous wants to clinch and Chang counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Infamous's guard now. Chang landing some decent shots from guard.
