The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Locke clobbers Tsunetski with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.

Silva misses with a double jab.
Silva fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Hoy showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Silva.
Hoy shoots in and drives through. Silva sprawls well.
Carlton Silva seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Silva throws a nice looking combination but Hoy bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.

Silva drops Hoy with a left and a right! Oh, Hoy is hurt - Silva dives into side control looking to finish!
Hoy manages to work his way to half guard, despite Silva's best efforts.

Hoy postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Silva is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Hoy, into his guard.

Hoy working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Silva doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Silva manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.

Hoy tries to kick Silva off but Silva keeps his base steady and stays in half guard.
Hoy is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Silva's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Silva's back!
Silva is trying to get back to his feet but Hoy has full control of the position and if anything, Silva has just worked his way into a worse spot.

myfriend drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and myfriend jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

myfriend has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of kong is proving hard to escape from.
myfriend postures up.
myfriend throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as kong works some decent striking defense from the bottom.

myfriend has a momentary lapse of concentration, allowing kong to throw up a leg and lock on what appears to be a pretty tight triangle! myfriend is fighting it off but it's all too little too late - kong pulls down on the head and he's put myfriend to sleep! This one is all over!
