2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Yasuo Yoshifumi! The judges for this bout are Robert Twigg, Frank Dennis and Daniel Franklin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! A big left from Yoshifumi misses. gracie looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. Yoshifumi takes a kick to the side of the head. Yoshifumi listening to his corner there, landing a nice uppercut. Nice takedown defense from Yoshifumi. No joy for gracie on that attempt. gracie has a takedown stuffed. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for royce gracie. That's going to take a lot out of him. No luck for gracie with that takedown attempt. gracie shoots in for a takedown but Yoshifumi shows good takedown defense. Yoshifumi will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Horrible takedown by gracie or perhaps it was just good defense by Yoshifumi which made him look bad. Yoshifumi swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Yoshifumi grits his teeth and throws a big right-left combo! gracie takes both shots clean on the chin and is out cold! Yoshifumi cracks him once more on his way down, as the crowd goes wild! They enjoyed that one!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Boy looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard. Boy is working for a kimura but Penn is defending it quite comfortably.
Penn tries to strike from the bottom but it doesn't land. Penn flails away from the bottom but he's not doing any damage.
Penn is looking for a sweep. Boy is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position. Boy is trying to work for a kimura. He's got his hands clasped together - this could be trouble! No, Penn has managed to free his arm - good work. Penn looking for submissions from an awkward position here. Boy is working for a kimura but Penn is defending it quite comfortably.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up. Penn throws a quick head kick that skims the top of Boy's head.

We're now in half guard. Boy gets full guard. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Boy has his foot on Penn's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Penn works his way back into a safe position though. Penn cracks Boy with a solid left hand. Penn scoring with some ground and pound.

Both fighters really going for it on the ground here! Boy looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
Penn is trying to tuck his arms in to keep them safe but Boy has managed to isolate one of them and has got a loose triangle. Penn is looking to defend but Boy has done well to lock his legs together - this could be big trouble for Penn! Boy pulls down on the head and a little smile comes across his face - he knows he's got it. Yep, Penn taps out and this one is all over!

glozman lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. glozman misses with a double jab.

Can glozman finish him? glozman circles and sees the opportunity to plant his feet and throw a really nice straight left hand that drops Mendigo to the canvas! Mendigo doesn't know where he is but he's trying to survive - glozman keeps piling on the pressure and forces the referee to step in! This one is aaaaaall over!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Machado moves out of range of the body kick from pickerins.
pickerins tries to score with a low kick but Machado moves his leg out of the way. pickerins works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance. Machado shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away. pickerins is looking to improve his position but Machado isn't that keen on the idea. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Machado looks like he's working for a submission but he's not found anything just yet. pickerins defends a decent attempt at a guillotine from Machado. pickerins is writhing around trying to get back to his feet. pickerins is trying to get back to his feet but can't. pickerins can't escape the position.
Machado quickly switches position and commits to an armbar! It's a big risk for Machado but it's paid off an pickerins is forced to tap! Nice work by Machado.

7 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Ala Potku! The judges for this bout are Cecil Peabody, Stewart Dunkirk and Alan Glass.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Silva looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Potku is fending him off so far but Silva persists. Nope, Potku circles away and we're back to standing. Silva misses with a takedown attempt - Potku sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses. Potku connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Silva momentarily.
Potku throws a leg kick but Silva moved away. Silva throws a series of punches but Potku avoids them all with ease. Potku swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Silva counters with a straight punch to the midsection. Potku cracks Silva with a right hand to the side of the head. Silva throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Potku counters with a slapping leg kick. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Silva misses with a takedown and Potku counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Silva thinking. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for BJ Silva. That's going to take a lot out of him. Silva is breathing heavily. Potku throws a leg kick that misses. A low kick from Potku misses and Silva counters with a nice double leg into side control. Potku won't be happy with that. Silva just content to control the position. Potku struggling a bit here.
That's one minute gone in the round. Silva trying to control the position but Potku is working away. Potku avoids any damage from the ground and pound of Silva. Silva looking to control but instead Potku has slipped a leg in, to regain half guard. Potku is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though. Potku regains full guard. Nicely done. Potku wants to sweep but no luck.
That's two minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. Potku is avoiding any damage by keeping wrist control. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Silva trying to control but Potku is working from the bottom. Silva won't allow Potku to sweep him here. Silva lands a nice shot whilst sitting in his opponent's guard. Silva stands and steps away. Potku gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game. Potku cracks Silva with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd. Potku punishes Silva's body with a nice straight punch. Ala Potku seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Potku fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Potku misses with a wild body shot. Silva fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Potku, pushing him back against the cage.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Silva tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.
Potku throws a punch but it's blocked by Silva. Silva wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.
Silva ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Silva no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard. Potku loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry. Silva is trying to keep Potku in close.
Potku trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. Silva is looking for a triangle here but Potku uses the submission attempt to pass into side control.
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. Potku stands up. Potku gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Silva.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Potku checks the leg kick. Potku fakes a jab and then connects with a hook. Silva takes one on the button. Potku misses with the combination.
Silva shoots in but doesn't get the takedown enabling Potku to counter with a crisp jab. This has been an exciting period of action! Silva doesn't succeed with the takedown and Potku counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Potku is looking to score with low kicks. Silva closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Silva lands in his opponent's guard. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Ala Potku dominated that round. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!
Silva with a poor takedown and Potku lands a stunning uppercut that sends Silva to the mat!
Silva is rocked! Potku is sitting in half guard. He's postured up and lands a nice elbow. Oh, Silva is hurt! He's hurt bad - Potku fires away with more strikes and the referee jumps in to save Silva from any more punishment! Congratulations to Potku! Great finish!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Junior gets a takedown into half guard. Liddell pushes Junior off looking to stand but Junior dives back in and keeps control.
Junior is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.
Liddell is concentrating on defense, preventing Junior from advancing position. Liddell trying to control but Junior postures up.
Liddell has his hands clasped together around Junior's back. He's all about the action. Junior wants to work for an arm triangle but Liddell is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.
Junior prevents Liddell from improving his position. Liddell tries to kick Junior off but Junior keeps his base steady and stays in half guard.
The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up. Junior shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Liddell but Liddell pushes him off and we're back to square one. Junior avoids the body shot from Liddell.
That's one minute gone in the round. Junior has a takedown stuffed. Junior shoots in but Liddell avoids the takedown attempt easily. Dan Liddell has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Thiago Junior. Liddell throws a series of punches but Junior avoids them all with ease. Junior shoots for a takedown but Liddell saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily. Junior tries to check the leg kick but that clearly hurt him. Junior looks gassed! Liddell's corner calls for a 1,2 combination and Liddell duly obliges.
It looks like Thiago Junior has been cut. Liddell connects with a high kick. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Liddell scoring well with a low kick there.
Liddell ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent. Nice cross by Liddell. Liddell scores with a push kick. Liddell digs a good body shot into Junior's ribs. Liddell throws a big overhand right that connects, sending Junior tumbling to the canvas!

That has opened up Thiago Junior's cut even more. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Liddell is stalling in the full guard. Junior is still in real trouble! Can Liddell finish him? Junior can't keep his opponent in guard - Liddell advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount. Junior seems to have recovered his senses.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Liddell controlling the action here. Liddell decides to stand up and try his luck on the feet. Liddell lands a jab to Junior's midsection. Liddell throws a right and a left that Junior avoids nicely. Liddell with a nice cross. Junior fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt. Liddell moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot. Nice uppercut there from Liddell.
The cut above Thiago Junior's eye is starting to cause him problems now. Junior takes one on the chin but keeps coming.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
That's three minutes gone in the round. Junior walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush. Nice shot by Liddell. Liddell misses with a kick to the body.
Liddell lands an uppercut out of nowhere! Junior falls backwards - clearly groggy! Liddell dives in and finishes the fight with more strikes for a TKO finish!
