Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Tyrone Hollander (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Trygve Graudheim (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Hollander comes to the cage accompanied by Rush by Big Audio Dynamite. Trygve Graudheim will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Graudheim avoids a lazy jab quite easily. Hollander misses the jab. Hollander misses with a hook. Graudheim ducked under it nicely. A swing and a miss from Hollander. Graudheim slips a jab from Hollander. Graudheim defending well as Hollander loads up on a big left hand. Graudheim scores with a hook. Graudheim moves away from the strike by Hollander. Hollander misses with a wild combination.
Hollander throws a hook to the side of Graudheim's head but Graudheim sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Tyrone Hollander's cut is getting worse. Hollander is breathing heavily. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Graudheim closes this distance looking for a takedown but Hollander circles away.

and Hollander takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles. Graudheim uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Hollander. Graudheim lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Graudheim. Hollander misses with a double jab

Tyrone Hollander's cut is bleeding quite badly. He's got to try and protect it. Graudheim lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!
Graudheim is working the combinations to good effect here. Hollander throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land. Hollander missing with a left hand there. Graudheim was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one. Hollander jabbing away but nothing is landing. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Hollander throws a combination that misses and Graudheim counters with a three punch combo that has Hollander backing up. Hollander nods at Graudheim to acknowledge the strikes. Hollander throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Graudheim sees it coming and avoids it easily. Graudheim lands a two punch combo.

Trygve Graudheim dominated that round. Both fighters have cut men working on them during the interval. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Graudheim throws a big right hand that misses. Hollander controls Graudheim momentarily but Graudheim frees himself. Graudheim thows a big elbow that misses. Hollander utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound. Graudheim is looking to work some ground and pound but Hollander has wrist control. Graudheim content to strike from guard, landing some decent shots. Hollander wants to sweep but no luck. Hollander is trying to control the position from the bottom.

Hollander swivels though and keeps the full guard. Graudheim wants to control from the top but Hollander keeps moving. Graudheim working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage. Hollander keeping moving, preventing Graudheim from controlling successfully. Hollander is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move. Graudheim has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. Graudheim is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though. Graudheim punching from the bottom.

Streicher staying out of range there. Fuzzy drops Streicher with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Streicher looks back up at him and smiles so Fuzzy waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.

It looks like Gunter Streicher has been cut. Streicher leaves his chin hanging out and Fuzzy seizes the opportunity with an uppercut! Streicher crumbles to the floor in a heap, and the referee steps in and tends to the downed fighter! What a knockout!

Gilkov tries to close the distance and clinch but Hussein swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Gilkov tries to clinch but Hussein moves out of range. Nice takedown defense from Hussein. No joy for Gilkov on that attempt. Hussein lands with a nice combination. Gilkov backs away looking to recover. Hussein throws a series of punches but Gilkov avoids them all with ease. Hussein will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Gilkov tries for a takedown but Hussein sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily. Gilkov closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth. Gilkov working the ground and pound from side control. Gilkov wants to lay and pray for a moment but Hussein keeps working. Hussein wants to control but Gilkov postures up. Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up. Gilkov tries to clinch there but Hussein circles away.
Hussein lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook. Gilkov tries to clinch up but Hussein circles away and keeps his distance. Hussein clinches. Hussein can't find room to land a body shot as Gilkov controls the action.

That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Hussein can't find room to land a body shot as Gilkov controls the action.

Hussein tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Gilkov just stands there and leans against the cage. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Ahmed Hussein. That's going to take a lot out of him. Hussein trying to control the position but instead, Gilkov has worked for underhooks and has pushed Hussein into the cage. Gilkov throws a head punch that misses. Gilkov prevents a body shot from Hussein. Gilkov prevents a body shot from Hussein. Hussein pulls guard effortlessly. Gilkov thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position. Gilkov stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Hussein swivels though and keeps the full guard. Gilkov must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu. Gilkov stopping the sweep attempt from Hussein. Hussein keeping moving, preventing Gilkov from controlling successfully. Hussein had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Gilkov is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Hussein Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Gilkov's back instead. Gilkov trying to control the action but Hussein just sinks the hooks in. Gilkov is in a world of trouble here. He's outmatched on the ground here and he'd better get Hussein off his back sharpish unless he wants to be submitted. Gilkov tries to escape the position - he's now mounted. Is that better or worse? Hard to tell! Gilkov sneaks a leg under to get to half guard. Gilkov is pressing down on Hussein's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it. Gilkov controls Hussein momentarily but Hussein frees himself. Hussein advances to half guard. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Hussein sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Gilkov's guard. Gilkov is looking to control Hussein's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Gilkov avoid being mounted? Gilkov looking for submissions off his back. Hussein passes the half guard and he's now in mount! Big trouble for Gilkov!

I think Blackley might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Shock To The System by Billy Idol. Unbreakable is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Tool - Part of Me. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.
