1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Daisuke Suzuki! The judges for this bout are Yukihiro Shimada, Tatsuya Matsuyama and Sosuke Kotani.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Rajkovic fails in his attempt to clinch. Suzuki circles away from the clinch attempt.
Rajkovic misses with a low kick. Rajkovic is looking to clinch. Suzuki darts in and out, connecting with a jab. Rajkovic wants to clinch up but Suzuki keeps it at a distance. Rajkovic tries to land a leg kick but Suzuki saw it coming and moves away.
Suzuki misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Suzuki keeps the fight on the outside. Suzuki lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Rajkovic circles away quickly and effectively. Suzuki darts in and out, connecting with a jab. Rajkovic misses with a two punch combination.

Suzuki moves into range and throws a lovely three punch combination. Rajkovic misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Suzuki throws a combination. Rajkovic tries to block but a couple of punches get through. Suzuki walks into a left hand. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Rajkovic is looking to clinch. Rajkovic lands with a nice body kick. Rajkovic takes a punch to the jaw and another one to the bread basket. Suzuki scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.

so Suzuki counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility. Suzuki stands and throws Rajkovic's legs to the side, diving into side control. Suzuki tries for a kimura but Rajkovic is defending well. Suzuki wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Rajkovic, who protects the arm well. Suzuki is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Rajkovic has escaped the position, nice work there.

Suzuki swings around for an armbar but Rajkovic sees it coming a mile off and turns beautifully into Suzuki's guard. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Suzuki looking to hit a scissor sweep but Rajkovic is one step ahead there. Suzuki trying to control the position.
The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves.

Suzuki working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Rajkovic doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Rajkovic manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem. Suzuki looks gassed! Suzuki working for a triangle but Rajkovic defends it easily.

Suzuki lands a jab to Rajkovic's midsection. Rajkovic wants to clinch and Suzuki counters with a takedown into full mount! That could mean trouble for Rajkovic! Suzuki looking to secure an arm triangle but Rajkovic defends it well. Suzuki has hold of an arm here, looking to extend it. He's committed to the armbar attempt here! Will he get it?! Yes! It looks like Hiro Fang has been cut. Fang scores to the head and body with a nice combination!
It looks like Mean Gene has been cut. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Gene misses the jab. Gene lands a nice shot that snaps Fang's head back.
Fang looks to score with a jab to the body but Gene is just out of range. Fang scores with a jab to the jaw of his opponent. Fang looks to score with a combo but nothing lands. Fang with a hook. Gene swinging wilding here.
Fang scores with a straight right hand, right through his opponent's guard. Hiro Fang seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Fang's corner calls for a 1,2 combination and Fang duly obliges. Gene thows a left - swing and a miss! Gene takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
That has opened up Mean Gene's cut even more. Gene misses with a double jab.

The cut above Mean Gene's eye is starting to cause him problems now. Fang displaying good standup as he scores with a three punch combination. Gene throws a right hand that Fang ducks under and follows up with a left that Fang also avoids with ease. Gene looks gassed!

Mean Gene's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters. Fang throws an overhand right that lands on Gene's shoulder, as Gene tries to avoid the shot. Jab, cross, leg kick. Nice combination by Fang!
The referee calls the doctor in to look at Mean Gene's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Kimono scores a takedown into full mount! Kimono punching from mount but Suzuki doing a good job of avoiding damage. Suzuki regains half guard. Kimono is working for a kimura but Suzuki is defending it quite comfortably.
Kimono looks gassed! Suzuki wants to get back to full guard. Suzuki tries to kick Kimono off but Kimono keeps his base steady and stays in half guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Suzuki is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though. Kimono is keen to just control but Suzuki is a slippery customer. Kimono throwing shots but Suzuki is blocking nicely. Kimono is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Suzuki is just riding it out for now. Kimono eventually gives up the hold. Suzuki looks like he's trying to stand up.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.
Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up. Kimono shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Suzuki pinned against the cage. Suzuki gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. Kimono drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles. Kimono shoots in for a double leg but Suzuki sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy. Kimono closes the distance and clinches up with Suzuki, looking for a takedown. Kimono pushes Suzuki against the ropes but Suzuki circles to the side and manages to break the clinch. Kizzy Suzuki has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Mister Kimono. Kimono walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush. Suzuki connects with a jab, followed by a picture perfect straight right that sends Kimono to the canvas, out cold! What a finish by Suzuki!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! roman tries to close the distance and clinch but Unstopable swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Unstopable throws a head kick that lands with a deafening thwack! The crowd roars as roman stumbles backwards and falls to the mat. Unstopable follows into mount!
It looks like Abraham Issai roman has been cut. Unstopable prevents roman from getting the reversal. Unstopable get's back to his feet. roman has a takedown stuffed. roman throws a leg kick but Unstopable moved away. roman shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Unstopable as he avoids it easily. roman takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Unstopable closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Unstopable lands in his opponent's guard. roman looking for submissions from the bottom but instead Unstopable passes into side control.

He's worked his way up against the ropes but Unstopable has just dragged him back down to the mat. Unstopable decides to take the fight back to the feet. Crunch! Unstopable slams his shin into roman's torso. roman clinches but Unstopable breaks the clinch and Unstopable decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in roman's guard. Unstopable will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. roman trying to strike from the bottom but really, it's not the best position to be doing that from! Unstopable decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on roman, up you get!

Unstopable tries to keep at a distance but roman has taken the fight into the clinch. roman is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the ropes. roman prevents the takedown attempt.

roman shoots in for a takedown and gets it. The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. roman tries to stand but his arm is trapped. roman is keeping good posture, landing some ground and pound.
That's four minutes gone in the round. roman lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears. roman working over Unstopable with some ground and pound. Unstopable looks like he wants out of this position, which is understandable. The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring. roman with the ground and pound but Unstopable uses the opportunity to regain guard. roman throws and elbow that misses. Unstopable uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in roman's guard. Nice move by Unstopable! roman is striking from the bottom but Unstopable uses the opportunity to pass into half guard. roman landing rabbit punches to the side of Unstopable's head. Not doing much damage but still scoring a few points. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Unstopable escapes and gets back to his feet. Left hook, right uppercut from roman. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

roman shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Unstopable pinned against the cage. Unstopable gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. roman misses with an uppercut. Unstopable saw that one coming. roman on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Unstopable. Unstopable obviously looking to wear him down.

Unstopable thuds his shin into the meat of roman's side. Unstopable closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming roman to the mat! roman manages to get full guard. roman throwing some rather feeble looking strikes off his back.

Unstopable looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks roman with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position. Unstopable blocks the strikes from roman.

That's two minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. Unstopable tries to control but roman wriggling away. roman is looking to get back to his feet - it's going to be hard from this position. The Unstopable overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. roman swinging wildly from the bottom but he's not landing. roman throwing hammer fists to the chest of Unstopable. What's that going to do exactly? roman really trying hard to get back to half guard here.
Unstopable get's back to his feet. Unstopable circles away from the clinch attempt and Unstopable counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt. Unstopable forces roman back against the ropes and clinches.
That's three minutes gone in the round. roman is looking to break free of the clinch but Unstopable has double underhooks. Unstopable pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. The Unstopable is winning the standup battle so far. roman shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away. roman putting on the heat here with some good ground and pound! Unstopable somehow manages to escape the mount and get back to his feet! roman doesn't succeed with the takedown and Unstopable counters with a nice leg kick. Unstopable fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. roman sprawls well initially but Unstopable persists and gets the takedown into half guard. roman really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Unstopable. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. roman actively working from the bottom here. Unstopable tries to stand but his arm is trapped. roman is trying to stand back up but Unstopable is controlling him

The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. roman wants to break free. Unstopable gets double underhooks and manages to take the fight to the ground. roman throws some sloppy strikes off his back.

Nieminen seems comfortable defending it but Immortal has shifted his position slighty and is cranking on the arm! Nieminen is real pain and he's forced to tap out! Nieminen is disgusted with himself for not defending it better but Immortal couldn't care less - he's delighted!

That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Anderson creates some space and throws a big elbow, but Barnett sees it coming and moves his head just enough to avoid the strike. Anderson wants to take a breather but Barnett manages to regain guard - a lesson learnt for Anderson. Anderson working some strikes from top position. Anderson with a couple of shots to the head there. Not particularly brutal. Anderson trying to control the position from guard on top but Barnett is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Barnett utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound. Anderson content to stall in guard here. Both of our modern day gladiators look out of it here - an gruelling 5 rounds of action taking it's toll on them, no doubt. Anderson landing strikes, looking to finish! Anderson misses with a head shot. Anderson breaks from Barnett's wrist control and lands an elbow. Anderson has his opponent pinned against the ropes, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Barnett's face.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Barnett wants to control but Anderson is having none of it. Anderson is landing with some decent strikes but Barnett is trying to advance his position so the referee is letting the fight continue. A nice elbow there by Anderson. Anderson landing strikes, looking to finish! This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Anderson cracks Barnett with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.
