Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Steve Smith (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Stan Ross (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Ross has chosen Killing in the Name of (Remix) as his entrance music. Steve Smith had real problems making weight for this fight. After initially coming in at 207.6lbs, he had two hours to make the official fight weight. He made it but it will have taken a lot out of him to cut those extra few pounds. Stan Ross will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Sigvardsson is squeezing on McCormick like an anaconda would it's prey. McCormick fails to tap and has fallen unconscious! We've got ourselves a winner by way of a rear naked choke!

Pulli stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Boy swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Pulli throws a big right hand that misses.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.

Boy displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Pulli throws out the jab.

Boy missing with a left hand there. Pulli was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.

Pulli does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.
Boy throws a hook but Pulli avoids it easily.
Boy misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Pulli.
Pulli throws a low kick but it's checked well by Boy.
The crowd cheers as Boy lands an impressive looking overhand right. Pulli doesn't seem phased though.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Boy digs a good hook to Pulli's body.
Boy scores with a crisp jab that stopped Pulli in his tracks.
Boy throws a body kick that misses.
Boy lands a nice shot to the body.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Boy throws a head kick but Pulli moves out of range.
Pulli is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
Nice uppercut there from Boy.

Pulli is rocked!
Boy thuds a mid kick into his opponent's body. That will wear on Pulli if he has to take too many more of those.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Sonny Boy dominated that round.
The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!


Boy feints a kick and comes over the top with a right hand, followed by a left hook - both land, sending Pulli crashing to the mat! This one is all over!
