Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between William Norumpol (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Alberto Rossi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Norumpol comes to the ring accompanied by Traditional Muay Thai music. Rossi comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Andrea Bocelli - Time To Say Goodbye kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Bo Snowflake had real problems making weight for this fight. After initially coming in at 146.3lbs, he had two hours to make the official fight weight. He made it but it will have taken a lot out of him to cut those extra few pounds. The crowd giving both fighters a great reception on their way into the arena. That's good to see.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 6 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Akira Sakurai!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Roger Kint!
The judges for this bout are Yasuomi Hirokawa, Ren Mimura and Hirohito Nitta.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sakurai drops Kint with a left and a right! Oh, Kint is hurt - Sakurai dives into side control looking to finish!

It looks like Roger Kint has been cut.
Kint is trying to improve his position.
Kint throwing some weak shots from the bottom that do no damage.
Sakurai scoring with punches and elbows.
Kint can't do much from the bottom here.
Sakurai will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
Kint really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Sakurai. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Kint gets one leg under and gets the fight to half guard.
Sakurai is keeping good posture, landing some ground and pound.
Sakurai seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime.

Kint is rocked!
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Sakurai scores with a couple of good hammerfists.
Kint is still in real trouble! Can Sakurai finish him?
Kint tries to kick Sakurai off but Sakurai keeps his base steady and stays in half guard.
Sakurai takes advantage of the dominant position to land a couple of big hammer fists.
Sakurai is controlling the pace.
Sakurai looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Kint with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Sakurai lands a big elbow - Kint is out of it! He's waving his arms around but his eyes are closed and he's not intelligently defending himself - the ref has no choice but to jump in and stop the fight! This one is in the books! A TKO win for Sakurai!
