Wellingsworth lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Gilbert circles away quickly and effectively.
Gilbert changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Wellingsworth tries to avoid it but Gilbert manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Wellingsworth to the ground. Wellingsworth escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Nick Curtis (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and diet Pepper (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Nick Curtis had real problems making weight for this fight. After initially coming in at 136.2lbs, he had two hours to make the official fight weight. He made it but it will have taken a lot out of him to cut those extra few pounds. diet Pepper will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

and Capetto counters with a nice double leg into side control. Negro won't be happy with that.
