The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

MALALA gets the takedown into side control.
MALALA remains in side control and seems content to stay there. It's a versatile position from which he can work both strikes and submissions, whilst maintaining that control, so maybe he'll sit here for a while.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Guti has worked the choke in now and it looks tight. Guti is squeezing on MALALA like an anaconda would it's prey. MALALA fails to tap and has fallen unconscious! We've got ourselves a winner by way of a rear naked choke!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A jab-cross combination lands for Vader and sends Albert crashing to the mat! Vader follows him down to the mat - Albert regains half guard but he's not out of trouble yet!
