0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Billy Gomez! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Dana Fertita! The judges for this bout are Cecil Peabody, Stewart Dunkirk and Wesley Smith.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Gomez moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body. Gomez rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Fertita moves out of range and avoids them all easily. The fight moves into the clinch position. Gomez tries to pull guard but Fertita won't allow it.
Fertita looking to stall.
Fertita tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Gomez smiles and moves away.
Gomez takes a swing at Fertita's ribcage but misses. Fertita shoots in for a double leg but Gomez sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy. Gomez gets a clinch. Gomez keeps control of Fertita as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks.
That's one minute gone in the round. Fertita drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Gomez gets the underhooks and prevents it.

Fertita has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Gomez is proving hard to escape from. Gomez has control of Fertita's left arm, preventing Fertita from doing any damage.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Fertita shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Gomez as he avoids it easily. Gomez tries to close the distance and clinch but Fertita swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Gomez tries to clinch there but Fertita circles away.

I think Killington might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Deadman Walking. Mike Tyson will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Tyson throws a lazy right hand but Killington sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily. Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Tyson, as that shot connected.
It looks like Jeff Killington has been cut. Killington is breathing heavily. Tyson fakes a right and follows up with a big left that drops Killington to one knee - oooooh, he's wobbly! Killington looks to clinch but Tyson throws him off and pummels him into the canvas! Killington taps out under the strikes! The fight is over!

Dobinson is doing well to control the posture of his opponent and prevent any damage. NESS stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Dobinson swivels though and keeps the full guard. NESS has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player. NESS postures up.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Doe throws a quick inside leg kick. Nice shot lands for Doe. Nice body kick there by Doe. Doe lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh. Doe lands a right hook to the body.
Carter gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Doe. Carter takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch. Doe stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush. Nice body kick from Doe. Carter takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired. Doe digs a good hook to Carter's body.

Risal tries to bum rush Hogin with a series of wild strikes but Hogin uses good footwork to avoid the assault. Hogin avoids a punch combination nicely.
Hogin thows a body shot but no joy. Hogin swings for the body but Risal moves out of range.
