The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Luna clinches up against the cage. MCLAREN drops down for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Luna tries to break the clinch but MCLAREN is controlling the position. Luna with the Thai clinch. He's looking to land a big knee but he's not managed it this time.
Luna taking a breather. MCLAREN fails to pull guard.
Luna misses the knee to the body. Nice hip positioning from MCLAREN.

Luna is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two. MCLAREN tries for a takedown. No joy.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Luna has control of MCLAREN's left arm, preventing MCLAREN from doing any damage. Luna escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. MCLAREN gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance. Luna wriggles free and stands up.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Luna clinches up with MCLAREN and pushes him back against the cage. Luna is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the cage. Luna pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. Luna clinches with his opponent.
MCLAREN blocks a knee to the body. He'll have a nicely bruised forearm in the morning. Luna can't break the clinch.
MCLAREN is looking to break free of the clinch but Luna has double underhooks. Luna landing some nice looking knees to the body.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Luna bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in MCLAREN's guard. Luna slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard. MCLAREN has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Luna can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself. Luna seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.

MCLAREN looking to hit a scissor sweep but Luna is one step ahead there. Luna stands and steps away. MCLAREN gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game. Luna darts in trying to clinch and MCLAREN counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by MCLAREN. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Maverick Luna dominated that round. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.
MCLAREN throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Luna tries to bum rush MCLAREN with a series of wild strikes but MCLAREN uses good footwork to avoid the assault. Luna tries to clinch but MCLAREN moves out of range. Luna throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around MCLAREN's waist but MCLAREN gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Luna off to one side. Luna wants to clinch. MCLAREN looks to throw a body kick and Luna counters by moving into the clinch. Luna goes for a takedown in the clinch but MCLAREN prevents it.
MCLAREN has Luna pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Luna manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing. Luna escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Luna moves into the clinch successfully.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. MCLAREN breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. MCLAREN swats away the attempt to clinch by Luna. Luna throws a series of punches but MCLAREN moves out of range.

MCLAREN gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. Mark MCLAREN has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Maverick Luna. Luna shoots in for a double leg but MCLAREN sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy. Luna takes one on the chin but keeps coming.

MCLAREN closes the distance and clinches. Luna taking a breather. MCLAREN wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee. Luna breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Luna looks to land a combination but MCLAREN avoids it well. MCLAREN tries to clinch but Luna moves away and Luna counters with a takedown into full mount! That could mean trouble for MCLAREN! The crowd are loving this. Great action here. MCLAREN tries to lock up and control but Luna gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away. MCLAREN is trying to escape the mount.

That's four minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. MCLAREN tries to get back to half guard but can't. Luna sitting in mount, just looking to control for the moment. MCLAREN wants to hold on but Luna pushes him away. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close second round but Maverick Luna will probably get the nod - 10:9. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! This is the final round!

Luna tightens his grip and picks MCLAREN up, before dumping him to the ground. MCLAREN manages to land in guard. MCLAREN avoiding any damage from the ground and pound. MCLAREN trying to control the position.
MCLAREN wants to stand and escape but Luna is having none of it. Luna stands up from MCLAREN's guard - Luna perhaps looking for a knockout. Luna tries to clinch up. Both fighters are breathing heavily.
That's one minute gone in the round. Luna gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here. MCLAREN has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Luna is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet. Luna scores a nice knee to the body.

MCLAREN shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away. MCLAREN pausing momentarily but resumes with a couple of decent strikes that do a bit of damage. Luna is working to get back to half guard.
MCLAREN tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position. MCLAREN connects with a couple of good shots from mount.
That's three minutes gone in the round. MCLAREN trying to control but he's not successful this time. MCLAREN thuds his fist into the canvas! Oooouch!

That's four minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. MCLAREN throwing sloppy strikes here. Perhaps if he tightened up his striking from such a dominant position, he'd be able to finish easier.
Luna tries to get back to half guard but can't. Luna wriggling around on the bottom manages to avoid the strikes thrown by MCLAREN.
Luna has worked his way to half guard, taking advantage of MCLAREN's lack of action.

And that's the end of the fight! Maverick Luna comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Luna has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Prefect is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot. Prefect misses with the combination.
Prefect shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it. A nice leg kick lands there from Light. Prefect loads up on a big right hand but Light slips the punch. Prefect looks to land a combination but Light avoids it well. Light throws a series of punches but Prefect moves out of range. Light lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!
It looks like Ford Prefect has been cut. Prefect misses with a series of wild punches.

Prefect lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Light circles away quickly and effectively. Prefect blocks a head kick by Light.

That's one minute gone in the round. Light on the wrong end of a nice jab. A head kick misses from Light. Prefect cracks Light with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage. Prefect scores with a decent looking hook. Light throws a sloppy body shot
and Prefect counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Light thinking. Light is breathing heavily. Prefect moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Light attempts a leg kick but it's missed by a good margin. Light throws a wild body kick that Prefect sees coming a mile off. Prefect misses with a series of wild punches.

Prefect scores with a couple of good hammerfists. Light seems to have got his legs back now. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Prefect frees up his trapped foot and advances to mount. Prefect raining down shots from the mount! Prefect has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. Prefect lands a nice shot to the head. Light knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Prefect on the ground. Prefect lands a nice shot to the head. Prefect putting on the heat here with some good ground and pound! Prefect postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Light looks a forlorn figure.
Prefect is giving the impression that he's looking to ground and pound but he switches suddenly into a beautiful far side armbar! Light is forced to tap! Great finish!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Friendish scores with a hook. Some wild striking there from Voltron.
Friendish lands a nice hook to Voltron's body. Voltron takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes. Friendish works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance. Friendish throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Voltron stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly. Voltron is breathing heavily. Friendish throws a left jab followed by a right to the body, Oh Voltron colapses and takes a barrage of punches from Friendish as he moves to mount! the ref stops the fight and Voltron is left battered and dazed whilst Friendish and his camp cheer!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Boone throws a body punch but Johnston moves out of range. Johnston avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Boone misses with a hook. Johnston ducked under it nicely. Johnston avoids the clinch attempt nicely.

Johnston uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Boone. Boone shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Johnston as he jumps to the side. No joy there for Johnston, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Johnston could do with loosing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely. Boone wants to clinch. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Boone throws a low kick but Johnston avoids it. Boone tries to clinch but Johnston is having none of it.

Johnston is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.

Johnston is pushing Boone's head away, looking to escape. Boone manages to hold on to the position though. Boone tries to advance to mount but can't. Johnston is looking to work his way out of this bad position but Boone is controlling him well. Boone tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up. Boone changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Johnston tries to avoid it but Boone manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Johnston to the ground. Johnston escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. Boone fails in his attempt to clinch.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. Johnston throws the left hand but Boone avoids the punch easily. Johnston swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Boone slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range. Johnston tries to clinch but Boone is having none of it. Johnston instigates a clinch. Boone fails to pull the fight into his guard.

That was a close second round but I would say that Don Johnston will probably get the nod. The cut man is working on Kenneth Boone's cut. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! This is the final round!

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Boone thows a body shot but no joy. Johnston stands up from half guard... He's had enough of that ground malarky for the time being. Some wild striking there from Johnston.

Don Johnston is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Johnston scores with a shot to the body.

Uno had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Samuel is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Uno Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Samuel's back instead. Samuel turns into Uno and is now in his guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Samuel landing with the ground and pound. Uno has an active guard here but Samuel has managed to pass into half guard.
Samuel wants to lay and pray for a moment but Uno keeps working. Samuel seems to be looking for submissions.
Samuel has freed up his trapped foot and advances to mount. Samuel breaks from Uno's wrist control and lands an elbow.

That's two minutes gone in the round. A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd. Uno drops back, looking for a kneebar! Samuel looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Samuel looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Samuel! Samuel tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though. Uno is trying to get back to half guard. He's pushing on Samuel's leg. He's managed it. Nice work.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Uno is refusing to be controlled, as Samuel sits in half guard. Samuel is looking to stall here but Uno recovers full guard. Uno working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Samuel doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Samuel manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem. Samuel drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Samuel jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position. Samuel looking to sit in guard and control but Uno gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Uno stands and steps away. Samuel gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game. Uno misses with a kick to the body and Samuel counters with a big head kick but Uno shrugs it off. Uno shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away. Samuel tries to lock up and control but Uno gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away. Uno unloading with bombs! Samuel is wriggling around trying to escape.
Uno working for a submission but Samuel is keeping him at bay. Yoshihyro Uno has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! George Samuel is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach. Uno lands a big shot there that rocks Samuel but he's holding on and managing to survive for now.
And that's the end of the fight! Yoshihyro Uno comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I think Samuel has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
