Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jason Roc (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Memphis Aleist (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Roc might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to ATB - Believe In Me. Jason Roc has the edge in experience - let's see if he can make that count tonight.

1 - 3 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Jason Roc! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Memphis Aleist! The judges for this bout are Aleksei Zolotukhin, Konstantin Menshow and Illya Tyunina.

Aleist looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. Roc wants to clinch. Aleist takes one on the chin but seems OK.
Aleist slips a jab and a cross from Roc.
Roc misses with a wild combination.
Roc swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Roc tries to work over Aleist's front leg with a kick but Aleist checks it. Aleist blocks a head kick by Roc.
Roc misses with a series of wild punches.
Aleist will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts. Aleist is pinned up against the ropes taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.

Aleist is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Roc knows the correct defense though, so he's OK. Roc tries to escape but Aleist is in control. Roc is breathing heavily. Roc tries to bench press Aleist off him but Aleist keeps the position. The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves. Aleist working away diligently from side control. Landing strikes effectively there - that will score him some points on the judges scorecards.

Aleist is maintaining the dominant position - no doubt Roc will start to get frustrated soon if he's not already. Roc is not content to let Aleist control the position. The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.
Aleist is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Roc is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now. Roc stops Aleist from passing to mount. Aleist wants to lay and pray for a moment but Roc keeps working.

Aleist feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position. Aleist trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. Roc working a defensive guard here.
Aleist tries to free his leg and advance position but Roc is retaining full guard. Roc is pulling down on Aleist's head. It's preventing any offense from Aleist, at least for the moment. Aleist works a leg free and moves into half guard.

Memphis Aleist dominated that round. The cut man is working on Memphis Aleist's cut. Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin!
Aleist fails miserably with a takedown attempt. Roc throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Roc looks to land a combination but Aleist avoids it well. Roc rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Aleist moves out of range and avoids them all easily. Roc throws a right hand that Aleist ducks under and follows up with a left that Aleist also avoids with ease.
Aleist closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Aleist lands in his opponent's guard. Aleist is pushing down on Roc's leg trying to pass to half guard. Roc is fighting to maintain full guard but Aleist has managed to sneak the leg through. Roc is trying to stand back up but Aleist is controlling him
Roc is trying to maintain the position but Aleist is very close to passing his half guard. Aleist uses his free foot to push down on Roc's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Roc. Roc takes a big shot to the head but keeps on trying to improve his position. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

Aleist is looking cool and calm here, just waiting for a good opportunity to attack and finish the fight from this dominant position.

and Aleist counters with a shoot takedown into half guard. Memphis Aleist has got the better of the ground game so far. Roc is trying to get back to full guard. Roc trying to control from the bottom.
Aleist stands up from half guard... He's had enough of that ground malarky for the time being. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Roc tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Excellent takedown into side control there by Aleist. Aleist tries to advance to mount but can't. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Memphis Aleist showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The cut man is working on Memphis Aleist's cut. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business. This is the final round!

Aleist closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth. You can see the frustration on Roc's face, being in this tough position on the bottom. Aleist trying to control the position but Roc is working away. Roc is pushing Aleist's head away, looking to escape. Aleist manages to hold on to the position though. Roc tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Aleist wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control. Roc taking punishment in the form of punches.

He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that. Aleist wants to lay and pray for a moment but Roc keeps working.

Roc is pressed up against the ropes. Aleist has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Roc down to the mat. Roc avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance. Jason Roc has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Memphis Aleist. Roc misses with the combination.
Aleist decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard. Jason Roc has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Memphis Aleist is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach. Aleist moves nicely into side control. Roc wings away with a couple of strikes but they don't land.
And that's the end of the fight! Memphis Aleist comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I've got Aleist winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

Goode gets control of Grigoryan's arms and successfully pulls guard. Goode will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back. Goode manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!

and Goode counters with a takedown into full mount! That could mean trouble for Grigoryan! Goode has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. Schwarzeneg decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard. Wallhead knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Schwarzeneg on the ground. Schwarzeneg slips a nice elbow through Wallhead's hands, connecting with Wallhead's forehead.

Schwarzeneg is going olschool here, as he tries to force Wallhead to tap using a forearm choke. This isn't 1993 though, so Wallhead shrugs it off. Schwarzeneg has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. Wallhead keeping his composure momentarily, calmly looking to get back to half guard.
