McFinnigan throws a shot from downtown. Nguyen moves away and avoids it.
McFinnigan scores with a shot to the body.
Nguyen tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but McFinnigan paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Micky McFinnigan seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
The crowd cheers as McFinnigan lands an impressive looking overhand right. Nguyen doesn't seem phased though.
Nguyen steps to the side to avoid the strikes from McFinnigan.
McFinnigan lands with a jab that stuns his opponent. Nguyen is looking to close the distance but McFinnigan sees it coming and throws a beautiful knee! Nguyen crumbles to the mat and that's all she wrote! Let's hope Nguyen is OK because that was naaaaaasty!
