The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Messinger rushes Bare with punches - Bare moves straight backwards instead of circling and gets clipped by the second strike... and the third... and the fourth! Oh, Bare goes down! Messinger follows up with more strikes and the ref steps in to end the bout!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:05 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Will Messinger!

3 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Shane Williams! The judges for this bout are Skip Squint, John Mangel and Hugh Johnson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Williams throws a series of punches but Graffin avoids them all with ease. Graffin has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him.
It looks like Greg Graffin has been cut. Graffin doesn't manage to clinch there - Williams circles away.
Graffin looks for a takedown but Williams sprawls well. Graffin closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard. Williams trying to control here.
Williams tries to roll over but Graffin keeps him under control. Williams pushes Graffin off looking to stand but Graffin dives back in and keeps control.
Williams wants to improve his position but Graffin is controlling well.
Graffin is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.

That's one minute gone in the round. Williams slips a foot under and gets full guard. Nice work. Graffin prevents Williams from getting back to his feet. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Williams wants to sweep here but Graffin controlling him for the moment. Williams wants to get back to his feet but Graffin is in a dominant position and won't allow it. Williams is using up a lot of energy trying to get back to his feet. Perhaps he should improve his position first. Williams working a defensive guard here.
Williams wants to stand but Graffin is controlling the position. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Williams looks gassed!
It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground. Williams shoots in and bounces Graffin off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Williams wants to control from the top but Graffin keeps moving. Graffin wants to hit a switch here but Williams passes into full mount! Oh no, disaster for Graffin there! Graffin can't escape the position.
Graffin sneaks a leg back under and regains half guard and is working straight away to try and get back to guard. He hasn't managed just yet though. Graffin looks like he's trying to stand up.

Williams trying to control the pace. Graffin has one foot on Williams's thigh - he pushes off and manages to get back to his feet. Williams feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position. Williams pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Graffin is keeping the position for now. Graffin has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Williams can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Williams trying to control the position from guard on top but Graffin is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Williams advances to half guard. Williams lands with an elbow from half guard - that looked like it hurt. Graffin on the receiving end of some nice ground and pound. Williams working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that. Graffin is trying to control but can't.
Williams stands up out of the half guard. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Shane Williams dominated that round. The cut man is working on Greg Graffin's cut. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.
Williams fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Williams tries to close the distance and clinch up but Graffin swats him away and circles back towards the center. Graffin throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Williams circles away from the clinch attempt.
Williams shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away. Williams punishing his opponent with strikes. Graffin is desperately trying to get back to half guard.
Williams lands a big elbow. Williams landing strikes from the mount. Williams wants to control the pace but Graffin is squirming around nicely. Williams avoids the attempt from Graffin to control. Williams postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Graffin looks a forlorn figure.
That's one minute gone in the round. Williams putting on the heat here with some good ground and pound! Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Williams wants to control the pace but Graffin is squirming around nicely. Williams working away from the top, dropping strikes. Williams controlling the position easily from mount. Shane Williams has got the better of the ground game so far. Williams is landing with some decent strikes but Graffin is trying to advance his position so the referee is letting the fight continue. Williams looking to secure an arm triangle but Graffin defends it well. Williams lands with some strikes.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Williams goes for an armbar but he's fallen flat on his backside there and now Graffin is on top in guard.
Graffin stopping the sweep attempt from Williams. Williams controls Graffin momentarily but Graffin frees himself. Williams wants to sweep here but Graffin controlling him for the moment. Williams throwing strikes off his back to little effect.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Williams keeping full guard, as Graffin tries to pass. Graffin prevents Williams from getting back to his feet. Williams working away from the bottom but not quite defensive enough there because Graffin has passed into half guard!
Graffin with a momentary lay and pray from half guard. Graffin throwing shots but Williams is blocking nicely. Graffin is looking for a kimura here.
Graffin is looking to stall here but Williams recovers full guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Graffin looking to sit in guard and control but Williams gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top. Williams decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Graffin, up you get! Williams darts in and clinches Graffin up against the cage. Graffin drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Williams gets the underhooks and prevents it.
Williams manages to break the clinch.
Graffin takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Shane Williams showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The cut man is working on Greg Graffin's cut. That's time! Back to the action! This is the final round!
Williams shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away. Williams with some aggressive grappling here. He's looking for submissions here, rather than waiting for the opportunity to counter.

He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that. The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Williams connects with a nice short shot to Graffin's temple. Williams is working for a kimura but Graffin is defending it quite comfortably.

That's two minutes gone in the round. A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd. Williams postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect. Graffin keeping moving, preventing Williams from controlling successfully. Williams stands up over Graffin, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head. Williams lands a couple of decent looking shots. Graffin keeping moving, preventing Williams from controlling successfully. Graffin is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent. Williams is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Graffin wants to sweep here but Williams controlling him for the moment.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Williams scores with a three punch combo!
Williams tries to bum rush Graffin with a series of wild strikes but Graffin uses good footwork to avoid the assault. Williams with a body punch. A glancing blow. Graffin gets a clinch. Williams misses with some punches.
Graffin goes for a takedown in the clinch but Williams prevents it.
Williams leaning his opponent against the cage. Nice body punch from Williams. Graffin lands an elbow that stopped Williams in his tracks for a moment. Williams looking for a takedown. Williams is working for takedown but Graffin is calmly controlling the position for now. Both guys are working to get underhooks. Graffin wants to break the clinch but can't.
Williams lands with a right to the head. Greg Graffin has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
That's four minutes gone in the round. Graffin is trying to maintain a safe position but Williams gets an underhook and turns Graffin into the cage. Williams pushes Graffin back against the cage and unloads with a body punch. Williams lands a right hand. Williams gets the body lock takedown. After a quick scramble, Graffin regains guard.
Graffin manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!
Williams is trying desperately to improve position. Graffin looking to ground and pound his opponent to a finish here.
Graffin blocks Williams's feeble attempts to strike from the bottom. Williams tries to hold on but Graffin postures up. Williams tries to reverse the position but Graffin maintains control.
And that's the end of the fight! Shane Williams comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Williams has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

Cidolfas looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight! Lukas misses with a wild body shot. Cidolfas wants to clinch up but Lukas keeps it at a distance. Lukas tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Lukas swats away the attempt to clinch by Cidolfas. Cidolfas fails with an attempt to clinch.
Lukas throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Cidolfas tries to keep at a distance but Lukas has taken the fight into the clinch. Lukas comes over the top with an elbow. That landed flush.
It looks like Orlandu Cidolfas has been cut. Nice elbow from Lukas. Lukas pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. Rube Lukas seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Lukas thows a body shot but no joy. Lukas tries a head kick but it misses.
Lukas throws a right and a left that Cidolfas avoids nicely. Nice defenses there by Cidolfas. Lukas rushes Cidolfas and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
That's one minute gone in the round. Lukas lands an elbow that stopped Cidolfas in his tracks for a moment. Lukas breaks from the clinch.
Lukas throws a sloppy head kick and Cidolfas moves out of range easily. Lukas scores with a spinning back kick! Lukas misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.

That has opened up Orlandu Cidolfas's cut even more. Cidolfas moves out of range of the body kick. Lukas tries to close the distance and clinch up but Cidolfas swats him away and circles back towards the center. Lukas bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Cidolfas's head backwards. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Lukas doesn't manage to clinch there - Cidolfas circles away.
Lukas throws a sloppy head kick and Cidolfas moves out of range easily. Lukas tries to clinch but Cidolfas moves away and Cidolfas counters with a shoot takedown into half guard. Lukas is trying to stand back up but Cidolfas is controlling him

Lukas tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion. Lukas tries to clinch up but Cidolfas circles away and keeps his distance. Lukas works over Cidolfas's head and body with a nice combination. Lukas tries to keep at a distance but Cidolfas has taken the fight into the clinch. Lukas is working on a single leg takedown against the cage. Cidolfas can't fight it off and eventually Lukas manages to take the fight to the floor. Cidolfas looks annoyed but at least he's managed to land in guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Lukas prevents Cidolfas from getting back to his feet. Lukas has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player. Cidolfas has a closed guard, preventing Lukas from standing up. Lukas postures up and scores with a shot to the body and a follow up elbow to the head. Lukas slips nicely into half guard, despite the strikes coming from Cidolfas. Cidolfas tries to get to full guard but Lukas has control of the leg. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Lukas takes advantage of the dominant position to land a couple of big hammer fists. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

A head kick misses from Lukas. Lukas swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Cidolfas. Lukas tries to close the distance and clinch up but Cidolfas swats him away and circles back towards the center. A kick lands to the mid section there for Lukas. Lukas lands a high kick!
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Cidolfas circles away from the clinch attempt.

The cut above Orlandu Cidolfas's eye is starting to cause him problems now. Rube Lukas is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Cidolfas takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Lukas throws a push kick but Cidolfas slaps the foot to one side. Lukas changes levels and scores with a jab to the body.
That's one minute gone in the round. Cidolfas blocks a head kick by Lukas.
Lukas throws a combination that misses and Cidolfas counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Lukas's guard now. Cidolfas stops Lukas from standing up. Cidolfas stands up and waves to Lukas to follow him. Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Lukas. Lukas shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Cidolfas as he jumps to the side. Lukas throws a head kick but Cidolfas moves out of range.
Cidolfas closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard. Cidolfas decides to return to a standing position.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Cidolfas clinches but Lukas breaks the clinch and Lukas counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Cidolfas's guard now. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Cidolfas has managed to work for a loose triangle. I think Lukas should be able to defend this one pretty easily though. Oh, Cidolfas has tightened it up now! Lukas should have reacted faster there - he's in big trouble and yes, he's tapped out! This one is all over!

Gapuz tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion. Smalls misses with a looping left. Gapuz takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily. Gapuz tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Smalls paws at him with a jab and circles away. Gapuz shoots for a takedown but Smalls saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily. Gapuz looks gassed! Smalls is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot.
It looks like Victor Tan Gapuz has been cut. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Smalls closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard. Smalls has hold of the far side arm. He's working for the Kimura, can Gapuz defend it? Smalls steps over the head and cranks it - Gapuz is tapping out! That was textbook stuff right there - nice submission victory for Smalls!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Finau lands a nice looking kick to the body. THE GIANT takes a step back to recover. THE GIANT tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Finau swivels and escapes. Finau fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt THE GIANT. THE GIANT on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Finau. Finau obviously looking to wear him down.
THE GIANT is breathing heavily. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Finau waves his right hand out infront of him, looking to distract THE GIANT. Oh, he's unloaded a beast of a left hand - it worked! He's dropped THE GIANT to the canvas! Can he finish him!?
It looks like Andre THE GIANT has been cut. Finau passes into half guard. Finau controlling the pace. Finau is pressing down on THE GIANT's thigh, looking to free his foot. THE GIANT is holding on for now. Finau keeping composed on the top, looking to control the action. THE GIANT wants to get back to full guard. Finau perhaps working for something from half guard, or maybe not. It looks like he's just sitting there.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Turner pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way. Orton throws a series of punches but Turner avoids them all with ease. Orton looks to land a combination. Turner sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots.
It looks like Travis Turner has been cut. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Turner looks to throw the jab but Orton is out of range. Orton throws a right and a left that Turner avoids nicely. Turner motions for Orton to come forward. Turner throws a leg kick but it misses it's target. Turner on the wrong end of a nice jab. Turner scores a takedown into full mount! Turner wants to finish this one by submission but Orton is holding onto his waist, trying to prevent any attacks from Turner. Turner landing shots from mount. Orton is squirming around, avoiding Turner's attempts to control the action.

Orton swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Turner trying to mount his opponent but Orton defends it. Orton on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Orton tries to get out of the position. Turner thows a huge punch but Orton dodges it nicely.

Turner jumps to the side looking to secure the arm triangle…. Ooooh, that looks tight… Orton is gargling but he's managed to escape! Nice work there by Orton and Turner has given up the dominant position trying to land that submission.

Turner throws a strike aimed at the side of Orton's head but Orton avoids it well. Turner misses with an attempted head punch from side control. Turner advances to full mount. Turner is going olschool here, as he tries to force Orton to tap using a forearm choke. This isn't 1993 though, so Orton shrugs it off. Orton knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Turner on the ground. Turner misses with a series of strikes from mount. He'll no doubt be working on his ground and pound when he gets back to the gym.
