The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Blood wants to clinch up but Jackson keeps it at a distance. Jackson tries to clinch but Blood moves away and Blood moves into the clinch. Jackson manages to break the clinch.

Blood is looking to stand up but Jackson isn't so interested in that idea. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Blood is working an open guard so Jackson takes the opportunity to get back to his feet. Jackson fails with an attempt to clinch.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Foster closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Macarenco to the mat! Macarenco manages to get full guard. Foster thows a big elbow that misses. Foster trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat. Foster working some strikes from top position. Foster drops back, looking for a kneebar! Macarenco looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Macarenco looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Macarenco! Foster is trying to get back to half guard. Foster throws an elbow to the body but it doesn't land. Macarenco gets to mount! Foster was on the offensive and wasn't defending properly. Foster bucks up and manages to get a nice reversal! He's in guard on the top - nicely done!

Foster had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Macarenco is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Foster Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Macarenco's back instead. Foster is trying to stick to Macarenco's back but Macarenco is turning into Foster. He's managed to reverse the position - now he's in Foster's guard. Polite applause from the crowd in appreciation of some nice Jiu Jitsu by Macarenco. Macarenco wants to control from the top but Foster keeps moving.

Foster bucks up and throws Macarenco to the side - he's got back to his feet. Great escape! Macarenco looks for a takedown but Foster sprawls well. Macarenco shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Foster as he jumps to the side. Jake Foster has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Junior Macarenco.

And that's the end of the fight! Junior Macarenco comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Foster has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today.
