Hardey moves into the clinch successfully.
Hardey has had enough of the clinch but Garcia keeps him there for the moment.
Both guys are working to get underhooks.
Garcia is trying to drag Hardey to the mat but Hardey just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there.
Garcia lands a knee to the body.
Hardey is looking for a takedown up against the cage. Garcia gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt.
Garcia throws a vicious knee straight up the middle but Hardey blocks it with crossed arms.
Hardey tries to pull guard but Garcia holds him up against the cage and eventually Hardey drops back down to his feet.
Devon Garcia has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Dan Hardey.
Garcia connects with a nasty looking knee right to Hardey's face.
Hardey gets underhooks to prevent Garcia's takedown attempt.
Hardey has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Garcia is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.
Hardey goes for a takedown attempt but Garcia pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.

Garcia shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat.
