Franks takes a swing at Rodriguez's ribcage but misses.
Franks rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Rodriguez moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Franks throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Franks throws a sloppy head kick and Rodriguez moves out of range easily.
Rodriguez really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Rodriguez looks for a takedown but Franks sprawls well.

Franks throws a right and a left that both miss.

Rodriguez bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Franks's head backwards.

Franks stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Rodriguez.
Rodriguez swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Rodriguez fails in his attempt to clinch.

Rodriguez has hold of Franks's arm. He's looking for a kimura. Franks seems comfortable defending it but Rodriguez has shifted his position slighty and is cranking on the arm! Franks is real pain and he's forced to tap out! Franks is disgusted with himself for not defending it better but Rodriguez couldn't care less - he's delighted!

Crestfall tries to keep at a distance but Wehland has taken the fight into the clinch.
Wehland is trying to maintain a safe position but Crestfall gets an underhook and turns Wehland into the cage.
