The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Wiatrzyk throws a sloppy head kick and Bensing moves out of range easily.
Wiatrzyk lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Bensing circles away quickly and effectively.
Bensing fails with an attempt to clinch.
Good leg kick by Bensing there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.

Wiatrzyk drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.

Wiatrzyk swings around for an armbar but Bensing sees it coming a mile off and turns beautifully into Wiatrzyk's guard.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Brigante had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Mohko is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Brigante Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Mohko's back instead.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.

Mohko postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.
Mohko is pushing down on Brigante's leg trying to pass to half guard. Brigante is fighting to maintain full guard but Mohko has managed to sneak the leg through.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Tony Brigante.

Nishkanen wants to lay and pray for a moment but Gracie keeps working.
Nishkanen is trying to get back to his feet now but his leg is trapped.

Petting shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Petting was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!

Petting swings around for an armbar but it's a sloppy attempt and Schilt is now in Petting's guard. A big mistake from Petting there, giving up the dominant position!
Schilt wants to stand but Petting has a closed guard, so he can't escape.
Petting wants to sweep here but Schilt controlling him for the moment.

Petting working away from the bottom but not quite defensive enough there because Schilt has passed into half guard!
Petting is looking to improve his position.

The fighters are battling for position here. Petting manages to regain full guard. Nice work.

Petting darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard.

Petting seems to be working for a kimura but Schilt defends the submission attempt.

Petting is working to tighten is grip on Schilt's neck. He's isolated an arm and is working for an arm triangle. Schilt has recognised the danger and is trying to turn with the submission but Petting is really squeezing tight and eventually Schilt passes out! Petting breaks the hold and jumps onto the cage to celebrate! Submission of the night, I'd say!
