The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Wilkins takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.
Wilkins connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Doyle momentarily.
Wilkins tries to clinch there but Doyle circles away.
Doyle throws a jab but it's blocked by Wilkins.
Wilkins has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him.

It looks like Paul Wilkins has been cut.
Doyle connects with a stiff jab that staggers Wilkins - oh and he follows up with a huge uppercut that knocks him out cold! Man, that was brutal!

Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Kim Stenemo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Nick Mondo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Stenemo might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Hand of Stone. Kim Stenemo had real problems making weight for this fight. After initially coming in at 156.5lbs, he had two hours to make the official fight weight. He made it but it will have taken a lot out of him to cut those extra few pounds. I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!
