Nieminen stands up over Gene, holding on to his feet. Nieminen throws the legs to one side and dives in with a huge shot that lands flush on the chin! Gene is out cold! Nieminen lands a couple more shots and the ref tackles him out of the way! What a brutal finish!

Chimal takes a swing at Kajiwara's ribcage but misses.
Kajiwara shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Chimal as he jumps to the side.
Kajiwara feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
Chimal is looking for a triangle but Kajiwara pushes his legs off easily.
