Hiro throws a series of punches but burt moves out of range.
No joy there for Hiro, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
burt throws a combination. Hiro tries to block but a couple of punches get through.
burt throws a right hand that Hiro ducks under and follows up with a left that Hiro also avoids with ease.
burt throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
letting Hiro counter with a right hand.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
Hiro moves out of range as burt throws a body kick.
Hiro moves into range and connects with a jab.
Some wild striking there from Hiro.
A shot to de liver by Hiro. Beautiful body shot.
A combination from burt does no damage.
Hiro connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
zakman takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it.

Jenkins gets caught flat footed, as zakman shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.

Jenkins has butterfly guard. He's looking to stand up here. He pushes zakman off him and springs to his feet nicely. The crowd applauds.
Jenkins throws an overhand right that lands on zakman's shoulder, as zakman tries to avoid the shot.
zakman pulls out of a head kick attempt.
zakman really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
zakman defending well as Jenkins loads up on a big left hand.
Jenkins throws a looping overhand right but zakman ducks down to avoid it.
zakman uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Jenkins.
Tomas Jenkins seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

zakman seems to have got his legs back now.
zakman tries to clinch there but Jenkins circles away.
Jenkins connects with a body shot.
Jenkins slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range.
Jenkins throws an overhand right that drops zakman like a sack of potatoes! Jenkins dives in to finish the fight with more strikes and this one is all over!

Nakamura misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.

Nakamura has Tacos up against the cage in a clinch.
Tacos is trying to drag Nakamura to the mat but Nakamura just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there.
A short right hand to the side of the head by Nakamura.

Nakamura escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Nakamura lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Nakamura.
Tacos showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Nakamura.
Tacos shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Nakamura throws a series of punches but Tacos moves out of range.
Nakamura bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.
Nakamura lands a nice leg kick that just misses Tacos's sensitive parts.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Tacos takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt.

Nakamura connects with a superb combination that knocks Tacos out cold! The referee charges across the mat and tackles Nakamura before he can land any more shots to the unconscious Tacos!

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Rojek tries to improve position but can't.

Sylvia goes for an armbar! This could be all over! Wait, no, Rojek rolls with the submission and now he's on top in Sylvia's guard! Nice work there by Rojek!

Sylvia working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Rojek doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Rojek manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
Rojek looking to hit a scissor sweep but Sylvia is one step ahead there.
Rojek has control of Sylvia's left arm, preventing Sylvia from doing any damage.
Sylvia is looking to stand up but Rojek won't let him.

The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.

That was a close round but I would say that Tim Sylvia will probably get the nod.

Sylvia throws his legs up looking to secure a triangle. Oh, that looks pretty tight, I gotta say! Rojek escapes and throws Sylvia's legs to the side, diving into side control!

Sylvia shoots for a takedown but Rojek saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Rojek shoots in looking for a takedown. Sylvia tries to sprawl out of it but Rojek keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Sylvia manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.
Sylvia shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Rojek counters with a straight right hand.
Rojek misses with a takedown attempt

and Sylvia counters with a nice double leg into side control. Rojek won't be happy with that.

Rojek darts in and out, connecting with a jab.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Tim Sylvia.
I think Sylvia has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

Morris misses with a double jab.

Morris gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.

Wong drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Morris dives on top into guard.

Wong escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Morris gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Wong looks to be working for a triangle here. Oh, it looks like he might have it! Morris has picked Wong up and slammed him! Wong can't keep hold of the triangle and Morris manages to pass to side control!
Wong sneaks a leg under to get back to half guard.
Wong tries to strike from the bottom but it doesn't land.
Morris thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas.
Wong is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Morris's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Morris's back!

Wong is staying calm and holding on to the back position, whilst working on a rear naked choke. Morris is defending well though. Wong let's go of the attempt for now.
Morris wants to get back to his feet.
