Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of

3 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Nino Marques! The judges for this bout are Stewart Dunkirk, Daniel Franklin and Frank Dennis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! SP misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out. Marques walks into a stiff left hand from SP. A jab from SP misses. Donk. SP catches Marques right on the button with a cross. SP avoids the head kick by Marques.
Marques shoots in for a double leg but SP sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy. A head kick misses from Marques. Marques misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
SP throws a series of punches but Marques moves out of range. A big left from SP misses. SP looks to land a left hand but Marques moved out of range nicely. Marques tries for a takedown but SP sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily. Marques throws a head kick that misses. SP keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl. George SP has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Nino Marques. Marques misses with the combination.
Marques wants to clinch up but SP keeps it at a distance. Marques displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as SP throws out the jab. Marques pulls out of a head kick attempt.

SP bobbing and weaving well here. And he's unloaded with a massive right hand that drops Marques! He dives into his guard looking to finish!
Marques is rocked! The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! SP gets to his feet and stands over Marques, holding his ankles. He dives in with a big left hand that connects! Marques felt that one! SP unloads more punches and elbows and this one is over! The ref has dived in to save Marques from any more punishment!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Davis misses with a jab, cross combination.
Shotgun Rua seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Rua tries to clinch up. Rua tries to clinch there but Davis circles away.
Davis decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard. Davis seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. Rua will have to put a bit more behind his punches if he's going to do any damage from this position.

Davis lands an elbow that was bordering on illegal but the referee lets it go with a warning. Davis tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position. Rua is trying to get to the cage to help him get back to his feet.
Davis is in the full mount, landing strikes. Davis lands a big shot there that rocks Rua but he's holding on and managing to survive for now.

Davis really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Rua. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Davis scores with a couple of short elbows. Davis decides to stand back up. Rua throws a series of punches but Davis avoids them all with ease. Davis closes the distance and clinches. Davis is looking to break free of the clinch but Rua has double underhooks. A right hook to the body lands for Rua.
Rua crunches a lovely knee into Davis's ribcage. Davis breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Rua tries to clinch up. Rua with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Davis to score with a decent uppercut. Davis fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Rua manages to avoid it. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Rua pulls out of a head kick attempt.

Rua walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head. Rua keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl. Rua is looking to take this fight into the clinch. Rua throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Davis throws a series of strikes that have Rua backpedaling.

Stephen Davis is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach. Rua slips a nice elbow through Davis's hands, connecting with Davis's forehead. Rua prevents Davis from improving his position.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Convents closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Mac to the mat! Mac manages to get full guard. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Convents avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
Convents stands and throws Mac's legs to the side, diving into side control. Mac is looking for a sweep. Convents is trying to get an arm triangle but Mac is defending well. "I'm sorry" says MacKenzie. Jaques manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes. MacKenzie feints and as Jaques raises his hands in defense, MacKenzie changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard. Jaques wants to stand up but MacKenzie is controlling him.
