Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Emily Weaver! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Billy Gunn! The judges for this bout are Paul Tew, William Gold and Sam Margolis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Weaver fails miserably with a takedown attempt. Gunn misses with a double jab.
Weaver avoids a punch combination nicely.
Gunn blocks the body kick.
Gunn rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Weaver moves out of range and avoids them all easily. Gunn throws a nice looking combination but Weaver bobs and weaves to avoid any damage. Weaver rushes Gunn and pushes him back against the ropes in a clinch. Gunn wants to break free but Weaver has control.

Gunn trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. Weaver trying to control the position.
Both fighters really going for it on the ground here! Weaver preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage. Gunn trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves. Weaver wants to sweep but no luck. Gunn is looking to work some ground and pound but Weaver has wrist control. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. There's a bit of a scramble here and now Weaver is on top in guard.

Gunn looks gassed! Weaver preventing the sweep. Weaver wants to control from the top but Gunn keeps moving.
That's one minute gone in the round. Weaver drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Weaver jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position. Weaver preventing the sweep. Gunn keeping moving, preventing Weaver from controlling successfully. The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring. Gunn wants to sweep here but Weaver controlling him for the moment. Gunn can't keep his opponent in guard - Weaver advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount. Gunn is trying to get back to full guard.
The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up. Weaver changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Gunn looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better. Gunn is trying to get back to half guard. He's pushing on Weaver's leg. He's managed it. Nice work. Nice strikes from Weaver there. Weaver seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Gunn does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back. Gunn wants to improve his position but Weaver is controlling well.

Gunn tries to kick Weaver off in order to stand up. Weaver Avoids the leg push though and dives into side control.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Weaver in side control lands a decent elbow. Weaver tries for a kimura but Gunn is defending well.
The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up. Weaver shoots in and drives through. Gunn sprawls well. Weaver throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Gunn's waist but Gunn gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Weaver off to one side. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Emily Weaver. That's going to take a lot out of him. Weaver shoots in for a takedown but Gunn shows good takedown defense. Weaver lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Weaver. Weaver drives through with a takedown into guard. Weaver stops Gunn from standing up. Weaver drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Weaver jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position. Gunn will have to put a bit more behind his punches if he's going to do any damage from this position.
Gunn bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Weaver's guard. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Gunn wants to control from the top but Weaver keeps moving. Gunn throwing strikes from guard but Weaver blocks nicely. Gunn must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu. Weaver looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
Weaver preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage. Gunn postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect. Gunn gets to his feet and steps away from his opponent. Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
That's three minutes gone in the round. Weaver shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat. Gunn looking to hit a scissor sweep but Weaver is one step ahead there. Gunn is persisting with the attempt to improve his position. Gunn keeping moving, preventing Weaver from controlling successfully. Weaver throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent. Weaver pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Gunn is keeping the position for now. Weaver passes easily into side control. Nice work. Gunn is looking to work his way out of this bad position but Weaver is controlling him well. Weaver could do with loosing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely. Gunn manages to get back to half guard. Gunn tries to strike from the bottom but it doesn't land. Ground and pound from Weaver. Gunn landing rabbit punches to the side of Weaver's head. Not doing much damage but still scoring a few points. Gunn is trying to stand up here but Weaver is controlling him well. The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Weaver connects with a nice short shot to Gunn's temple. Gunn is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.
That's four minutes gone in the round.
It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fight is doing enough on the ground. Gunn throws a two punch combo that lands nicely.

and Gunn takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles. Gunn throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Weaver shoots in and bounces Gunn off the ropes to secure the takedown into guard. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Gunn looking to sweep here. No luck so far. Gunn thows some rabbit punches from the bottom but they don't do any damage. Weaver has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Gunn looking for a guillotine here but Weaver defends easily.
Weaver passes Gunn's right leg, so he's now in half guard. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Weaver is trying to work for a kimura. He's got his hands clasped together - this could be trouble! No, Gunn has managed to free his arm - good work. Weaver seems to be looking for submissions.
Gunn has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Weaver is working away from the top position though. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Emily Weaver dominated that round. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!
Weaver misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out. Gunn looks to score with a combo but nothing lands. Gunn misses with a double jab.
Weaver shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat. Weaver postures up.
Gunn has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Weaver can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself. Weaver drops back for a leg here. A bit of a high risk move... He's looking for a kneebar by the looks of things. Now both of them are looking for submissions. Weaver seems to have locked his on tight now - Gunn screams in pain and taps out furiously! It certainly was a high risk move but it's paid off for Weaver, as he picks up the win!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Ostavious moves in looking to clinch but Yoledo pushes him off. Yoledo bobs and weaves and then throws a good body kick. Yoledo clinches up against the ropes. Yoledo avoiding damage as Ostavious throws knees to the body.

Yoledo crunches a lovely knee into Ostavious's ribcage. Ostavious looks gassed! The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Yoledo landing knees to the head.
Yoledo lands an elbow that stopped Ostavious in his tracks for a moment.
It looks like Darius Ostavious has been cut. Yoledo lands a shoulder strike that jolts his opponent's head backwards. Yoledo lands a knee to the head.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Igor slips a jab from Metzenkauf. Igor gets a clinch. Metzenkauf breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Metzenkauf has a nice red mark on his side after a thudding body kick by Igor. Metzenkauf looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Igor is fending him off so far but Metzenkauf persists. Nope, Igor circles away and we're back to standing. Igor avoids the head kick by Metzenkauf.
Igor tries to clinch up but Metzenkauf circles away and keeps his distance. Igor moves into the clinch successfully.
Igor misses the knee to the body. Nice hip positioning from Metzenkauf.
Igor lands an elbow inside that Metzenkauf shrugs off. Igor misses with an elbow over the top. Metzenkauf tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Igor smiles and moves away.
