The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Von Braun rushes Grazie and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch. Grazie tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Von Braun smiles and moves away.
Grazie throws a right hand that Von Braun ducks under and follows up with a left that Von Braun also avoids with ease. Von Braun uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook. Grazie tries to keep at a distance but Von Braun has taken the fight into the clinch. Grazie throws a punch but it's blocked by Von Braun. Von Braun turns his hips and lands a very nice judo throw into side control! Von Braun tries to land with some ground and pound but misses. Grazie is pushing Von Braun's head away, looking to escape. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Sloan drops back for a leg! The bell rings for round one and we are underway! A chopping leg kick lands by Davis. Davis throws a leg kick but Smith sees it coming and checks it nicely. Davis moves into range and lands a nice leg kick. Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Davis lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Smith has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Smith and we're back underway with a touch of gloves. Smith moves into the clinch successfully.
Davis is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the cage. Smith jumps guard and drags Davis to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back. Smith is looking for a triangle but Davis pushes his legs off easily.

Smith wants to lay and pray for a moment but Davis keeps working. Smith wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Davis, who protects the arm well.

Smith lands an elbow that was bordering on illegal but the referee lets it go with a warning.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Evans fails with a takedown attempt. Evans dodges the punch combination from Riddle.
Evans closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth. Riddle throws an elbow to the body but it doesn't land. Evans throws an elbow but Riddle slips to the side and avoids it well. Evans has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Evans scoring with punches from side control. Evans has knee on belly and moves into mount. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Evans lands a nice shot to the head. Evans is landing with some decent strikes but Riddle is trying to advance his position so the referee is letting the fight continue. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Riddle in a bad spot here, taking shots to the head.
That's one minute gone in the round. Riddle tries to hold on but Evans pushes him away. You get the feeling that Riddle really doesn't like being in this position too much.
Riddle wants to control but Evans is having none of it. Evans breaks from Riddle's wrist control and lands an elbow. Riddle tries to get back to half guard but can't. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. A nice elbow there by Evans. Evans trying to control but he's not successful this time. Riddle takes a big shot to the head but keeps on trying to improve his position. Evans scoring with strikes but Riddle is staying in there. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Evans unloading with bombs! Riddle is desperately trying to improve his position but Evans has a good base and remains in mount. Evans connects with a couple of good shots from mount.

That's two minutes gone in the round. Riddle is looking to improve his position but Evans isn't that keen on the idea. Riddle looks gassed! Evans in mount throwing good strikes here, bouncing his opponent's head off the canvas.
Evans lands with some strikes. Evans raining down shots from the mount!
Riddle is rocked! Evans looking to finish here with some ground and pound. He lands one big shot that has Riddle covering up... and two more big strikes land, forcing the referee to step in and put and end to proceedings! This fight is all over!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Sviridov tries to bum rush Gable with a series of wild strikes but Gable uses good footwork to avoid the assault. Sviridov scores with a body shot.
Gable has taken the fight to the clinch.
Gable lands a short shot on the inside that snaps the head of Sviridov backwards. Good body shot from Sviridov.
Sviridov prevents Gable from breaking the clinch. Gable wants to break free but Sviridov has control.
Nice body punch from Sviridov - that landed with a thud.
Gable breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Sviridov lands a nice hook to Gable's body. Gable takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes. Gable is breathing heavily. Sviridov throws a series of punches but Gable moves out of range. Sviridov catches Gable with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!
It looks like Cael Gable has been cut. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Gable throws a big shot that misses. Sviridov avoids a lazy jab quite easily. Sviridov scores with a jab to the head.
Gable swings and misses with a shot to the body and Sviridov counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body. Sviridov cracks Gable with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage. Sviridov lands a nice looking body shot.
That's one minute gone in the round. Sviridov lands with a jab that stuns his opponent. Gable is looking to close the distance but Sviridov sees it coming and throws a beautiful knee! Gable crumbles to the mat and that's all she wrote! Let's hope Gable is OK because that was naaaaaasty!
