2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Jack Cods! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Matt Immortal! The judges for this bout are Sosuke Kotani, Taro Takaoka and Hirohito Nitta.

Immortal shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away.
Immortal jumps to the side looking to secure the arm triangle…. Ooooh, that looks tight… Cods is gargling but he's managed to escape! Nice work there by Cods and Immortal has given up the dominant position trying to land that submission.
Immortal thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead. Cods is trying to control Immortal's posture but Immortal avoids it.
Immortal working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it.
Immortal tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Immortal has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!

Immortal with some aggressive grappling here. He's looking for submissions here, rather than waiting for the opportunity to counter.
Cods is desperately trying to get back to half guard.

Immortal wants to finish this one by submission but Cods is holding onto his waist, trying to prevent any attacks from Immortal.
Immortal goes for an armbar but Cods turns quickly into his guard - lovely anticipation from Cods. Immortal looks gassed!

That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Immortal's guard. Immortal is refusing to be controlled, as Cods sits in half guard. Cods will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. Cods throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage. Immortal is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though. Cods trying to control the action but Immortal is working from the bottom.

Immortal uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Cods. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Cods scores with a hook to the body. Immortal takes a step back and tries to catch his breath. Cods lands a jab followed by a vicious hook that sends Immortal sprawling to the canvas. Cods follows him down, looking for the kill. Can Immortal hang on?

Cods drops Immortal with a big left hand and mounts him. Immortal is in big trouble! Cods tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position. Cods tries to control but Immortal wriggling away. Immortal is trying to escape the mount.

Immortal bucks up and manages to get a nice reversal! He's in guard on the top - nicely done! Immortal pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Cods is keeping the position for now. Immortal is breathing heavily.
Immortal is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Cods is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Cods has escaped and now he's on top! Immortal being controlled here, momentarily.

Immortal has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Cods can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself. Immortal being controlled here, momentarily. Cods has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player. Cods has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent.

Jack Cods dominated that second round. The cut man is working on Matt Immortal's cut. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action! Let's get this one finished - here comes the final round!

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Some stalling of biblical proportions here from Cods. Cods with an attempt at a knee that misses.
Cods digs a right hand underneath Immortal's ribcage. Immortal let out a lung full of air as it connected. Cods has Immortal pushed against the cage. Cods with a knee to the head.
Cods with the Thai clinch, lands a knee to the head. Both fighters are breathing heavily.

Immortal jumps guard but Cods stands there with Immortal around his waist. Immortal gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.

Cods's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. Immortal closes this distance looking for a takedown but Cods circles away. Cods dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Immortal. That did some damage! Immortal takes one on the chin but seems OK.

Immortal shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Cods as he jumps to the side. Jack Cods has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Matt Immortal. Cods connects with a looping right hand.
Cods plants his feet and lands a nice head kick! Cods misses with a straight left. Matt Immortal seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

He'll have a nicely bruised forearm in the morning. Cods is trying to maintain a safe position but Immortal gets an underhook and turns Cods into the cage. Immortal tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Cods just stands there and leans against the cage. Cods tries a knee to the head but he's missed.
Cods lands an elbow inside. An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Cods. Immortal jumps guard but Cods stands there with Immortal around his waist. Immortal gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.
Immortal blocks a knee to the body. He'll have a nicely bruised forearm in the morning. Cods tries to land a knee to the head but Immortal blocks with his arms.
Cods is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Immortal can do to turn this around? Cods is looking to break free of the clinch but Immortal has double underhooks.

Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Immortal trying to control here.
And that's the end of the fight! Jack Cods showed his dominance in that final round. Well Cods has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

Ishii has moved round to his opponent's back and is looking for a suplex! Oh snap! He's tossed Maicow clear over his head and slammed him to the mat!
Ishii has got one arm under Maicow's chin. This could be trouble... Maicow trying to control the other hand but Ishii gets it free and sqeezes tight - just a matter of time now! Yep, Maicow has tapped out! The fight is over!

Jesus of Nazareth seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Jensen throws a sloppy head kick and of Nazareth moves out of range easily. of Nazareth fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done. A cross from of Nazareth lands. Jensen tries to clinch but of Nazareth moves out of range. The crowd cheers as of Nazareth lands an impressive looking overhand right. Jensen doesn't seem phased though. of Nazareth cracks Jensen with an open hand slap.

Jensen drops to the floor like a sack of potatoes! of Nazareth swarms on him with more punches until the referee wrestles him away from Jensen's unconscious body! Wow, that was brutal!

Akiyama moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot. Akiyama comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range. Akiyama lands a lovely overhand right. Bass shoots for a takedown but Akiyama saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily. Akiyama rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Bass moves out of range and avoids them all easily. Bass has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Bass there as he acknowledges the shot. Nice cross by Akiyama. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Akiyama throws a one two combo.
Bass takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him. Akiyama scores with a nice looking left hook and follows it up with an uppercut!

Morita shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat. Morita wants to pass the guard but Okubo is keeping the position. Okubo working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Morita. Okubo doesn't do any damage with a couple of strikes from the bottom.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Okubo looking for a sweep. Not yet Okubo, not yet. Okubo keeping moving, preventing Morita from controlling successfully.
Okubo is looking for a triangle but Morita pushes his legs off easily.

Okubo scores with a one two! Morita had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes. Okubo drops his hands momentarily and Morita takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.

Morita on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot. Morita is breathing heavily. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Morita throws a combination that misses and Okubo counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head. Okubo throws a nice looking combination but Morita bobs and weaves to avoid any damage. Okubo uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Morita has time to react. Okubo pivots, looking for a leg kick but Morita is out of range and Okubo settles back down. Morita misses with a straight right. Morita throws out a powerful jab. Okubo rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Morita moves out of range and avoids them all easily. Morita throws a right hand that Okubo ducks under and follows up with a left that Okubo also avoids with ease. Okubo misses with a series of wild punches.
Okubo throws a series of punches but Morita moves out of range. Okubo cracks Morita with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.
Okubo shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away.

Morita in a bad spot here, taking shots to the head. Morita is bucking up trying to escape but Okubo cracks him with another couple of good strikes. Morita sneaks a leg back under and regains half guard and is working straight away to try and get back to guard. He hasn't managed just yet though. Okubo slips a nice elbow through Morita's hands, connecting with Morita's forehead. Morita tries to get to full guard but Okubo has control of the leg. Morita is trying to defend against the ground and pound but Okubo scores with a couple of nice shots. Okubo sitting in half guard, looking to land shots. Morita defending well though. Morita on the receiving end of some nice ground and pound. Morita is pressing down on Okubo's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it. Okubo content to strike from guard, landing some decent shots. Both fighters really going for it on the ground here! Morita preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage. Morita looking to hit a scissor sweep but Okubo is one step ahead there.

Morita is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Okubo is controlling him. Okubo postures up and scores with a shot to the body and a follow up elbow to the head. Okubo distracts Morita with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm. Okubo is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact. Okubo advances to half guard. Okubo is keen to just control but Morita is a slippery customer. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Morita avoiding damage under a succession of punches from Okubo. Morita gets full guard. A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Okubo accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Takayuki Okubo dominated that round. The cut man is working on Takayuki Okubo's cut. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.
Okubo stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Morita. Morita shoots in but doesn't get the takedown letting Okubo counter with a right hand. Morita avoids a punch combination nicely.

This one is all over!
