I think Dussander might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Rammstein-Amerika. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 5 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Derek Santiago!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Olvi Kurko!
The judges for this bout are Leandro Rodrigues, Paulo Santos and Daniel Cesar.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Santiago is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Kurko looks for a takedown but Santiago sprawls well.
Kurko shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Santiago as he avoids it easily.
Santiago is looking to clinch.
Kurko throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Santiago's waist but Santiago gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Kurko off to one side.
Derek Santiago has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Olvi Kurko.

Santiago moves into the clinch.
Kurko jumps guard but Santiago stands there with Kurko around his waist. Kurko gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.
Santiago using the Thai plumb to throw knees but Kurko has his back arched nicely, preventing the strike.

Kurko wants the takedown. Santiago is fighting it off but Kurko persists and manages to bring the fight to the ground, ending up in Santiago's guard against the cage.

Kurko avoids a guillotine attempt easily.

Santiago looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.

Kurko is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.

Santiago working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Kurko doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Kurko manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
