5 - 1 - 1, fighting out of Tokyo, Jimmy Jenkins! The judges for this bout are Kenichi Hosakawa, Ren Mimura and Yasuomi Hirokawa.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Machida blocks a head kick by Jenkins.
No joy there for Jenkins, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Machida closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard. Machida is thwarting Jenkins's attempts to control the position. Jenkins is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Jenkins is trying to maintain the position but Machida is very close to passing his half guard.

It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground. No joy there for Jenkins, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Machida throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Jenkins's waist but Jenkins gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Machida off to one side. Jenkins throws a shot from downtown. Machida moves away and avoids it. Jenkins stuffs the takedown attempt from Machida. Machida gets slowly back to his feet. Danga de danga de dang - Jenkins scores with a four punch combination! Jenkins misses with a two punch combination.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Jenkins lands with a cross. Jenkins throws a right hand that Machida ducks under and follows up with a left that Machida also avoids with ease. Jenkins pulls out of a head kick attempt.

Jenkins throws a right and a left that Machida avoids nicely. Jenkins misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.

God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! There's a bit of a scramble here and now Jenkins is on top in guard.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! A head kick from Chan lands but Revene takes it in his stride. Chan changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Revene tries to avoid it but Chan manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Revene to the ground. Revene escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. Revene throws a one two combo.
Chan moves in looking to clinch but Revene pushes him off. Chan tries to clinch but Revene is having none of it. Chan tries to clinch but Revene moves out of range. Chan shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Revene pinned against the cage. Revene gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. Chan moves in looking to clinch but Revene pushes him off. Chan fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Revene, pushing him back against the cage. Revene tries to pull guard but Chan holds him up against the cage and eventually Revene drops back down to his feet.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Chan working a defensive guard here.

Revene rolls with it to try and escape but Chan cranks on the arm and Revene is forced to tap out! This one is aaaaaaaaall over!

Gomi bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Kinney's guard. Kinney is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two. Gomi wants to control from the top but Kinney keeps moving. Gomi working in close now, lands a nice elbow to the side of Kinney's head.

Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.

He's managed to grab a loose arm triangle. Gomi is tightening it up though! This could be trouble for Kinney! Kinney trying desperately to escape but he's gone limp! He's out! Wooooorld class Brazilian Jiu Jitsu from Gomi!

Sang rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Tun moves out of range and avoids them all easily. Sang misses with a jab, cross combination.

It looks like Can Tun has been cut. Sang throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Tun stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Sang throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Baracael has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him. Nice sprawl there from Brzeczyszczykiewicz as Baracael shoots in. Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Brzeczyszczykiewicz, as that shot connected.
Brzeczyszczykiewicz tries to clinch but Baracael is having none of it. Baracael gets the takedown into side control. A bit of a lull in the action. I'm sure it will pick up again soon... even if the ref has to physically pick them up and put them back on their feet. Baracael has hold of Brzeczyszczykiewicz's arm. He's looking for a kimura. Brzeczyszczykiewicz seems comfortable defending it but Baracael has shifted his position slighty and is cranking on the arm! Brzeczyszczykiewicz is real pain and he's forced to tap out! Brzeczyszczykiewicz is disgusted with himself for not defending it better but Baracael couldn't care less - he's delighted!
