The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Hatton shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Baz's guard. Baz is trying to keep Hatton in close.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Good standup being displayed there by Parts as he connects with a hook.
It looks like Brat Hert has been cut. Parts throws a series of punches but Hert avoids them all with ease. Parts misses with the combination.
Parts lands a with a good body shot. Parts getting the better of the striking in that exchange. A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Hert. Hert misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out. Parts scores with a hook. This has been an exciting period of action! Hert tries for a takedown but Parts sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily. Hert shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it. The crowd cheers as Parts lands an impressive looking overhand right. Hert doesn't seem phased though. Hert tries to clinch up but Parts circles away and keeps his distance.

Brat Hert's cut is getting worse. Parts scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction. Parts lands with an overhand left.
Hert is rocked! Parts throws an overhand right that drops Hert like a sack of potatoes! Parts dives in to finish the fight with more strikes and this one is all over!

It looks like Travis Schalk has been cut. Laurier fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Schalk sprawls well initially but Laurier persists and gets the takedown into half guard. Laurier trying to mount his opponent but Schalk defends it. Laurier takes advantage of the dominant position to land a couple of big hammer fists. Laurier wants to free his trapped foot but Schalk is holding on for dear life with his legs. Laurier working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that. Laurier wants to lay and pray for a moment but Schalk keeps working. Laurier has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. Laurier is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there. Schalk moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard. Laurier wants to pass the guard but Schalk is keeping the position. Schalk looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.

I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
