The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bruce wants to clinch.
Bruce tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Raninen paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Bruce uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Raninen.
Raninen misses with a jab, cross combination.
Bruce blocks a head kick by Raninen.
Bruce plants his feet and lands a nice head kick!

Bruce has managed to clinch.
Bruce creates a bit of space for himself and sneaks an elbow through Raninen's defenses.
Bruce crunches a lovely knee into Raninen's ribcage.
Bruce gets an overhook and lands an elbow to the side of the head.
Bruce lands a nice knee to the body.
Raninen looks gassed!
This has been an exciting period of action!
Nice elbow from Bruce.
Bruce landing knees to the body. They look like they could hurt.
Bruce connects with a nasty looking knee right to Raninen's face.
Bruce unloads a knee to the mid-section. Raninen lets out a prehistoric sounding urrrrgh.
Bruce lands a knee to the head.

Raninen is rocked!
Bruce creates a bit of space for himself and rocks Raninen with a big uppercut! Raninen tries to clinch up but Bruce pushes him back against the cage and lands another moster strike that crumples Raninen to the mat! Raninen covers up and Bruce unloads with more strikes until the referee steps in to end the bout!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Speedos shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Wannis sprawls well. Wannis wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Speedos gets slowly back to his feet.
Wannis tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Wannis tries to close the distance and clinch up but Speedos swats him away and circles back towards the center.
The fight stays on the outside here - Wannis looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Wannis tries to clinch but Speedos is having none of it.
Speedos swats away the attempt to clinch by Wannis.
Wannis shoots and misses

and Speedos counters with a nice double leg into side control. Wannis won't be happy with that.
Wannis should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.
Speedos scores with a couple of short elbows.
Speedos will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
You can see the frustration on Wannis's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.
Wannis stops Speedos from passing to mount.
Wannis is looking to reverse the position.
Wannis wants to control but Speedos postures up.
Wannis is looking to regain half guard here but Speedos keeps moving and retains side control.

Speedos thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.

Speedos has an Americana. Wannis didn't react quickly enough there and he's in big trouble now! He tries to squirm out but is forced to tap! Speedos is delighted and gyrates infront of the ring girls. They seem to like the attention - it'll be interesting to see if Speedos hooks up with any of them at the after show party.

An uppercut to the body lands inside from van Ass.

van Ass breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Horse throws a nice looking combination but van Ass bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
van Ass misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Horse scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. van Ass doesn't seem bothered though.
van Ass leaves Horse with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.

Nice takedown defense from van Ass. No joy for Horse on that attempt.
van Ass closes this distance looking for a takedown but Horse circles away.

And that's the end of the fight!
I would just about give that final round to Dark Horse.
I think Horse has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Turnal crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Potteri - the referee stops the clock and Turnal gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Potteri. Turnal manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.
