I think Leone might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Mama Said Knock You Out. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

4 - 4 - 0, fighting out of New York, Anton Jackson! The judges for this bout are Joseph Jones, Jonathan Paton and Bruno Lombardi.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Leone shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Jackson pinned against the cage. Jackson gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. Jackson tries to keep at a distance but Leone has taken the fight into the clinch. Leone looking for a takedown. Leone prevents the takedown attempt.
Leone manages to pull guard. Let's see whether he can land a sub off his back. Leone had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Jackson is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Leone Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Jackson's back instead. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Leone punishes Jackson with strikes from the back mount. Jackson manages to reverse the position and now he's in Leone's guard. Nice work there by Jackson.
Both fighters really going for it on the ground here! Jackson avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
Jackson trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat. Jackson gets to his feet - Leone follows without any prompting. Jackson stuffs the takedown. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Frank Leone. That's going to take a lot out of him. Jackson fakes a head shot and lands one to the body. Leone has a takedown stuffed.
That's one minute gone in the round. Leone throws a leg kick but he was too far away and it doesn't land. Jackson slaps away a takedown attempt from Leone, before circling back to the center of the mat. Leone is breathing heavily. Leone misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Jackson goes for a high kick. It partially lands. Nice shot lands for Jackson. Jackson throws the kick towards the body but Leone avoids it. Jackson throws out a loose jab but Leone uses good head movement to avoid it. Frank Leone seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Jackson drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard. Jackson content to strike from guard, landing some decent shots. Leone working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Jackson doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Jackson manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem. Jackson must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu. Jackson with a couple of shots to the head there. Not particularly brutal. Jackson postures up and lands some nice ground and pound. Leone wants to stand and escape but Jackson is having none of it. Leone has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Jackson can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Jackson decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow. Ooooh, nice body kick lands from Jackson. Leone shrugs it off though. Jackson fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Leone sprawls well initially but Jackson persists and gets the takedown into half guard. Leone tries to get to full guard but Jackson has control of the leg. Jackson working over Leone with some ground and pound. Leone looks like he wants out of this position, which is understandable. This has been an exciting period of action! Jackson decides to stand and escape the position. Leone avoids a punch combination nicely.
Excellent takedown into side control there by Leone. Leone wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Jackson, who protects the arm well. Jackson really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Leone. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Jackson is looking for a sweep.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Jackson prevents Leone from moving into mount. Jackson is working hard to escape and get back to his feet. After a battle for position, Leone asserts his dominance and retains side control. Jackson tries to wriggle free to get back to his feet but he's given up his back! Oops. Jackson is persisting with the attempt to improve his position. Leone is landing with strikes from the back. Leone working for a RNC but it's not happening just yet. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Jackson is staying cool under pressure, defending well against the rear naked choke attempt from his opponent.
Leone lands a shot to the body. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Jackson looking to stop the rear naked choke attempt by controlling the hands. Leone is working for a rear naked choke. Jackson is not defending it well and Leone has tightened it up quickly! This could be all over! Jackson refuses to tap and goes to sleep, forcing the referee to intervene. A little trickle of blood came out of Jackson's nose as his head slumped to the floor. That is naaaasty!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Flagg throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Probert.
Flagg keeps the fight on the outside. Probert takes one on the button. Flagg looks to land a combination but Probert avoids it well. Shane Probert seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Probert moves out of range of the strikes. Probert drops his hands momentarily. Flagg doesn't need a second invitation, landing a shot to the temple. Probert staggers and falls to the mat and the ref dives in to save him from any more punishment. Probert doesn't seem happy with the stoppage but he was done.

Holmes gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Stark. Stark tests Holmes's chin there with a solid looking shot. Stark forces Holmes back against the cage and clinches. Holmes stops a takedown attempt from Stark.

Stark throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Holmes on the side of the head. Stark goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo. Stark lands a jab followed by a nice looking cross.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! The fight moves into the clinch position. Stark fails to pull the fight into his guard.

Stark tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Holmes smiles and moves away.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Stark ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent. Stark cracks a nice hook into Holmes's ribs. Stark scores with a jab to the jaw. Holmes takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch. Stark will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

A shot to de liver by Stark. Beautiful body shot. Stark's corner calls for a 1,2 combination and Stark duly obliges. Stark fakes a head shot and lands one to the body. Stark lands with a shot to the body. Stark misses with a two punch combination.

Stark manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Holmes manages to get himself to full guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Stark stands and throws Holmes's legs to the side, diving into side control. Stark has knee on belly and moves into mount. Stark landing strikes, looking to finish! Stark has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Holmes's face.
Stark looking to control but Holmes is working nicely, looking to advance position himself. Stark is in the full mount, landing strikes. Holmes has left one of his arms exposed and Stark doesn't need a second invitation. He's isolated it and locked on a tight armbar. Holmes screams and taps out, obviously in a lot of pain. Hopefully there isn't permanent damage to that arm.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Boxer takes a nasty kick to the mid section... That should keep him thinking. Does he try and block and risk a head kick landing?

Rios is looking to take this fight into the clinch. Boxer throws out a loose jab but Rios uses good head movement to avoid it. Rios pulls out of a head kick attempt.

Boxer throws a jab but it's blocked by Rios. Joe Boxer seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Rios ducks under a wild hook from Boxer. Boxer throws a shot from downtown. Rios blocks Boxer's feeble attempts to strike from the bottom. Rios working for a submission but Boxer is keeping him at bay. Rios looking for an armbar but decides to keep the dominant position instead. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Rios is working for a guillotine from mount but Boxer frees his head quite easily.

Boxer throws a looping overhand right but Rios ducks down to avoid it. A slapping body kick lands there for Rios. Boxer dips to his left and cracks Rios with an uppercut! A chopping leg kick lands by Rios. Rios throws a leg kick which misses Boxer's front leg but catches the back leg as Boxer tries to avoid it. Boxer cracks Rios with a big right hand and Rios goes down!
Rios is rocked! Boxer has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player. Rios keeping moving, preventing Boxer from controlling successfully. Rios is still in real trouble! Can Boxer finish him? Rios looking for subs off his back but Boxer has passed one foot through into half guard.

Boxer cracks Rios with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Stroud feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position. lucic has Stroud pulled in close to control his posture. lucic knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Stroud on the ground. Stroud is looking to work some ground and pound but lucic has wrist control. lucic controls Stroud momentarily but Stroud frees himself. Stroud trying to control the position from guard on top but lucic is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Stroud throwing strikes from guard but lucic blocks nicely. lucic keeping moving, preventing Stroud from controlling successfully. Sandoval lands a really nice looking cross but Emelianenko seems unphased.

Sandoval comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range. Emelianenko thows a body shot but no joy. Emelianenko swings and misses with a shot to the body and Sandoval counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body. Emelianenko looks gassed! Sandoval scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one. Sandoval lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw.

Andrei Emelianenko seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Sandoval tests Emelianenko's chin there with a solid looking shot.
