The bell rings for round one and we are underway! McKay tries to close the distance and clinch up but Miller swats him away and circles back towards the center. McKay keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl. Michael McKay seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. McKay fails in his attempt to clinch. Miller shoots in looking for a takedown. McKay tries to sprawl out of it but Miller keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. McKay manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. McKay wants to clinch. Day has picked conroy up - he's going for a ride! Day dumps his opponent to the mat with a thud and settles into half guard. Day seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime. Day is figuring out what he wants to do next. conroy is trying to maintain the position but Day is very close to passing his half guard. conroy wants to get back to full guard. The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Sullivan throws a jab but it's blocked by Stone. Sullivan stuffs the takedown. No joy there for Sullivan, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Stone walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush. Sullivan lands a head shot. Stone tries to clinch up. Sullivan lands with a slapping head kick.
