Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ryan O Brian (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dominic Disisto (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Dominic Disisto told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of New York, Dominic Disisto! The judges for this bout are Eddie Farnsworth, Franklyn Lucas and Lou da Vinci.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! O Brian doesn't manage to clinch there - Disisto circles away.
Disisto throws a body kick that misses. O Brian shoots in for a takedown but Disisto shows good takedown defense. O Brian is looking to clinch but Disisto is avoiding it.
Disisto fails with a takedown attempt from distance. O Brian throws a sloppy head kick and Disisto moves out of range easily. Disisto misses with a double jab.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it! Disisto clinches with his opponent.
A frustrated look appears on Disisto's face as he tries to break the clinch. O Brian breaks from the clinch.

He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that. O Brian is breathing heavily. Ground and pound from Disisto. O Brian wants to improve his position but Disisto is controlling well.
Disisto lands with an elbow from half guard - that looked like it hurt. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Disisto thumps the canvas. Dominic Disisto has got the better of the ground game so far. Disisto landing punches. O Brian tries to hold on but Disisto postures up. Disisto lands a nice shot to the head. O Brian keeping his composure momentarily, calmly looking to get back to half guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Disisto looking for a guillotine from mount but O Brian is having none of it. Disisto has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of O Brian's face.

The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. O Brian is bucking up trying to escape but Disisto cracks him with another couple of good strikes. Disisto scoring with some good ground and pound from mount here. Will he manage to finish O Brian?

Disisto wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection. Disisto looking for a takedown here - he's got it. That's four minutes gone in the round. My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer. Disisto shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has O Brian pinned against the cage. O Brian gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. Ryan O Brian has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Dominic Disisto. Disisto looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. O Brian looks to land a combination but Disisto avoids it well. Disisto shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in O Brian's guard. Disisto avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
O Brian is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Disisto is controlling him. Ryan O Brian has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Dominic Disisto is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach. O Brian punching to the body, from the bottom. O Brian is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Justin Moore (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Hulk Salvatore (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Moore comes into the arena with I Could Kick Your Ass blaring out of the sound system. Hulk Salvatore struggled to make weight for this fight. He only made it down to 148.0lbs at the first attempt and had to take the additional two hours to make the official bout weight. Let's see how much it's taken out of him. Hulk Salvatore will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

Salvatore cracks Moore with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.

Moore gets double underhooks and manages to take the fight to the ground. Moore advances position into side control! Salvatore is putting a lot of effort into getting back to his feet here. Salvatore is looking to slip a leg under and get half guard but Moore is one step ahead and moves to full mount! Moore content just to control the position here. Hulk Salvatore has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!

Here come the fireworks! Excellent takedown into side control there by Moore. Moore wants to lay and pray for a moment but Salvatore keeps working. Moore is looking to take a break and control but Salvatore is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.

Klein doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Klein manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem. Klein works over Grant with some ground and pound from guard. Grant had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Klein is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Grant Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Klein's back instead. Klein tries to break free.

Ball thows a left - swing and a miss! Butter Ball seems to be getting the better of the standup. Hanma tries to clinch but Ball is having none of it. Ball clobbers Hanma with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Ball cracks Hanma with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Ball has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Hanma to stand back up! A swing and a miss from Ball. Ball drops Hanma with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Hanma looks back up at him and smiles so Ball waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.
Ball catches Hanma with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong! Hanma slips under a jab. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Ball lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Ball. Hanma tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Ball paws at him with a jab and circles away. A slapping leg kick lands for Ball.
