Barnes bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Kessu's head.
Barnes lands with a straight right. Kessu didn't see that one coming.
Barnes moves into range and throws a lovely three punch combination.
Horrible takedown by Kessu or perhaps it was just good defense by Barnes which made him look bad.
Barnes throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Barnes throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Kessu stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Barnes throws a right and a left that Kessu avoids nicely.
Barnes throws an overhand right from the outside, which connects and sends Kessu stumbling backwards into the cage! Kessu bounces back off the cage towards Barnes, who cracks him with a two punch combination that drops him to his knees! Barnes lands two more shots before the referee has chance to intervene - what a finish! Barnes celebrates with his corner as the crowd cheer loudly.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rambo swings for the body but Rantanen moves out of range.
Rantanen throws a right hand that Rambo ducks under and follows up with a left that Rambo also avoids with ease.

Rantanen tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Rantanen has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!

Rantanen had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Rambo is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Rantanen Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Rambo's back instead.
