I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Shaw Maxwell was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

Hamer throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
It's a brutal combination of punches from Maxwell! Hamer is backing up but he can't get away as Maxwell lands with one final shot to the jaw that drops Hamer and ends the fight. Great knockout.

Cromphout fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Mitshubishi sprawls well initially but Cromphout persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
Mitshubishi looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!
Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Cromphout in particular looking to stall.

Cromphout is looking for a kimura but Mitshubishi is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Cromphout to get the leverage.
Mitshubishi is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Mitshubishi is looking to escape.
Cromphout trying to control the action but Mitshubishi is working from the bottom.

Cromphout is looking for a kimura but Mitshubishi is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Cromphout to get the leverage.

The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Cromphout connects with a nice short shot to Mitshubishi's temple.

Mitshubishi is fighting it off but it's all too little too late - Cromphout pulls down on the head and he's put Mitshubishi to sleep! This one is all over!

Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Hogan lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Hogan has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Hogan and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.

Hulk Junior Hogan comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
Well Hogan has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
