The bell rings for round one and we are underway! jarvae looks to land a body kick but cerroney moved away. cerroney fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but jarvae avoids it really well and circles away. jarvae throws a push kick but cerroney slaps the foot to one side. jealous jarvae seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. A bone on bone clash there as cerroney blocks the leg kick.

A head kick misses from jarvae. cerroney throws a head kick but jarvae moves out of range.
That's one minute gone in the round. jarvae scores a takedown into full mount! cerroney is writhing around trying to get back to his feet. jarvae swings around for an armbar but it's a sloppy attempt and cerroney is now in jarvae's guard. A big mistake from jarvae there, giving up the dominant position! There's a bit of a scramble here and now jarvae is on top in guard.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. jarvae missing there with some ground and pound from the guard. cerroney is looking for a triangle but jarvae pushes his legs off easily.
cerroney will have to put a bit more behind his punches if he's going to do any damage from this position.

The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. jarvae lands a nice short elbow. jarvae working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that. jarvae working cerroney over with strikes. jarvae is scoring with some nice ground and pound from the dominant position. jarvae is pressing down on cerroney's thigh, looking to free his foot. cerroney is holding on for now.

I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. jarvae connects with a nice short shot to cerroney's temple. jarvae passes to full mount! jarvae unloading with bombs! jarvae has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. jarvae breaks from cerroney's wrist control and lands an elbow.
cerroney is rocked! jarvae has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of cerroney's face.
cerroney is still in real trouble! Can jarvae finish him? jarvae drops a big elbow. That's hurt cerroney! More shots from jarvae and the ref steps in! The fight is over!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Twist tries to clinch but Holdren moves out of range. Holdren keeps the fight on the outside. Twist tries to clinch there but Holdren circles away.
Twist fails in his attempt to clinch. Holdren scores with a jab to the head.
Nice jab there from Holdren. The fight stays on the outside here - Twist looks like he's thinking about clinching though. Twist tries to close the distance and clinch up but Holdren swats him away and circles back towards the center. Twist misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Twist fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Twist stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Holdren. Holdren lands a nice leg kick that just misses Twist's sensitive parts. Twist is breathing heavily. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Holdren lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh. A decent looking body kick lands there for Holdren. Holdren throws a head kick that lands with a deafening thwack! The crowd roars as Twist stumbles backwards and falls to the mat. Holdren follows into mount!
It looks like Anthony Twist has been cut. Holdren takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

That's four minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. Holdren controlling the position easily from mount. Twist is trying to escape the mount.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Holdren controlling the pace for now. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Holdren stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush. A jab from Holdren does it's job there. Twist tries to clinch but Holdren moves out of range. Anthony Twist is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Twist tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion. Twist fails in his attempt to clinch. Twist gets cracked there but stands up to it.
Twist tries to clinch up. Holdren lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Twist tries to close the distance and clinch but Holdren swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Twist takes a jab right on the kisser.
Holdren has been the more effective fighter overall so far. Holdren lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh. A punch lands to the side of Twist 's head but he takes it in his stride. Holdren fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Twist on the side of the head. Holdren lands an uppercut out of nowhere! Twist falls backwards - clearly groggy! Holdren dives in and finishes the fight with more strikes for a TKO finish!

Nahrul tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion. Badass chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Nahrul can pounce on him.
Nahrul looks to throw the jab but Badass is out of range. Badass scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Nahrul doesn't seem bothered though. Nahrul wants to clinch up but Badass keeps it at a distance. Nahrul throws a nice inside leg kick. Badass misses with a wild combination.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Stokes rushes Desalvo and presses him up against the cage. Desalvo pulls Stokes into guard.
Desalvo trying to punch from his back but it's not doing any damage. Stokes got a little sloppy there for a moment and Desalvo has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Stokes has managed to get both his arms back between Desalvo's legs - danger averted. Stokes knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Desalvo on the ground. Stokes preventing the sweep. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Stokes wants to control from the top but Desalvo keeps moving. Desalvo looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.

Stokes is really struggling to control Desalvo but he's trying to hold on to the position. Desalvo looking for submissions from the bottom here. Desalvo gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head. Stokes moves away from the strike by Desalvo. Desalvo misses with a hook. Stokes ducked under it nicely. Stokes tries to close the distance and clinch up but Desalvo swats him away and circles back towards the center. Stokes defending well as Desalvo loads up on a big left hand. Stokes tries to clinch up but Desalvo circles away and keeps his distance.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Desalvo misses with a hook. Stokes ducked under it nicely. Desalvo swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target. Stokes darts in and clinches Desalvo up against the cage. Stokes is pressed up against the cage. Desalvo has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Stokes down to the mat. Stokes avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance. Stokes avoids a lazy jab quite easily. Stokes pushes Desalvo up against the cage in a clinch. Desalvo goes for a takedown attempt but Stokes pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.
Stokes staying out of range there. Desalvo looks gassed! Stokes wants to clinch up but Desalvo keeps it at a distance. Desalvo throws a shot from downtown. Stokes moves away and avoids it. Stokes blocks a leg kick. Stokes forces Desalvo back against the cage and clinches. Stokes prevents a takedown attempt there.
Desalvo changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Stokes fights it off and pushes away nicely.

Desalvo is trying to drag Stokes to the mat but Stokes just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there. Desalvo fails to pull guard.

Stokes lands a short shot on the inside that snaps the head of Desalvo backwards. Desalvo tries to break the clinch but Stokes is controlling the position. Stokes is clearly stalling here... Pick up the pace son.
Desalvo has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Stokes avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch. Stokes displaying some good clinch control by pressing Desalvo up against the cage. A looping hook to the body misses from Stokes. Desalvo does a little dance to reset his feet. Desalvo might want to mix his strikes up a bit more. He's just going for head shots at the moment and that can become a bit predictable. Desalvo fails to land with a series of punches.

Stokes won't allow Desalvo to sweep him here. Stokes wants to stand but Desalvo has a closed guard, so he can't escape. Desalvo avoiding any damage from the ground and pound. Desalvo keeping moving, preventing Stokes from controlling successfully. Desalvo is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Stokes defends well. Stokes has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player. Stokes slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Stokes avoids a guillotine attempt easily.

7 - 3 - 0, fighting out of New York, Belgian Maniac! The judges for this bout are Franklyn Lucas, Eddie Farnsworth and Chad Campbell.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Maniac throws a sloppy head kick and Leroy moves out of range easily. Leroy scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground. Leroy trying to control from Maniac's half guard. Maniac has other ideas though and has regained full guard. Leroy is looking to advance position but Maniac has hit a scissor sweep - now he's on top in mount! Leroy tries to reverse the position but Maniac maintains control. That's one minute gone in the round. Leroy tries to reverse the position but Maniac maintains control. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Leroy in a bad spot here, taking shots to the head. Maniac is going olschool here, as he tries to force Leroy to tap using a forearm choke. This isn't 1993 though, so Leroy shrugs it off. Leroy is looking to improve his position but Maniac isn't that keen on the idea. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd. Leroy tries to lock up and control but Maniac gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away. Maniac has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Leroy's face.
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult. Leroy is working to get back to half guard.

Maniac tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position. Leroy slips a leg in and gets back to half guard. Maniac wants to pass to mount but Leroy is defending the position. Maniac throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man. Maniac thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Leroy's head. Leroy is pressing down on Maniac's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it. Leroy throws his legs up looking to secure a triangle. Oh, that looks pretty tight, I gotta say! Maniac escapes and throws Leroy's legs to the side, diving into side control! Leroy gets one leg under and gets the fight to half guard.

Leroy makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Leroy. Maniac is in close to Leroy's body, working some short punches and elbows. Maniac sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Leroy's guard. Leroy is looking for a sweep. Maniac is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position. Leroy slips a foot under and gets full guard. Nice work. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Belgian Maniac dominated that round. That's time! Leroy's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.

A combination from Leroy does no damage. Maniac throws a nice outside leg kick. Maniac throws a push kick but Leroy slaps the foot to one side. A swing and a miss from Leroy. Leroy throws a hard body shot but it just misses.

Bruce Leroy seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Leroy throws a hook but Maniac avoids it easily. Leroy looks to land a left hand but Maniac moved out of range nicely.
That's one minute gone in the round. Leroy throws a jab but it's blocked by Maniac. Maniac uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Leroy. Leroy misses with an uppercut. Maniac saw that one coming. Leroy cracks Maniac with an open hand slap. Maniac pivots, looking for a leg kick but Leroy is out of range and Maniac settles back down. Leroy scores with a hook to the body. Maniac takes a step back and tries to catch his breath. Maniac fakes a head shot and lands one to the body. Maniac defending well as Leroy loads up on a big left hand. Leroy fails miserably with a takedown attempt. Maniac walks into a straight right hand from Leroy. Maniac tries to score with a leg kick but it misses it's target. Maniac swinging wilding here.

Maniac uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Leroy. Leroy throws a leg kick and Maniac counters with a one-two to the body. Leroy throws a low kick, looking for Maniac's leg but Maniac calmly moves out of range. Leroy waving his hands out infront of him, looking to distract Maniac. Leroy with a jab. Maniac punishes Leroy's body with a nice straight punch. Maniac lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise. A low kick from Leroy misses and Maniac counters with a solid body kick. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Maniac tries to clinch but Leroy moves out of range. Leroy swings and misses with a hook to the body.

Leroy connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe. Nice body kick there by Maniac. Maniac wants to clinch. Leroy moves out of range as Maniac strikes. Maniac staying out of range there. Maniac throws a combination. Leroy tries to block but a couple of punches get through. Maniac feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Leroy's calf. Jab, jab by Leroy - just one landing. Leroy has his takedown stuffed and Maniac counters with a slapping leg kick.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Maniac takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it. Leroy swinging wilding here.

Leroy shoots in but doesn't get the takedown and he gets countered with a snapping leg kick. Maniac lands a jab-cross combination. Belgian Maniac showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action! So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.

That's four minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. Maniac wants to clinch. Maniac takes a shot right to the bread basket. Bruce Leroy has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Belgian Maniac is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach. Excellent takedown into side control there by Leroy. Leroy tries for a kimura but Maniac is defending well. You can see the frustration on Maniac's face, being in this tough position on the bottom. Leroy wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Maniac, who protects the arm well. Leroy working the ground and pound from side control.
And that's the end of the fight! Belgian Maniac comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I've got Maniac winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
