Diaz lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.

Diaz shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Jones's guard.

Diaz drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Jones manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Diaz has Jones in his guard.

Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Jones wants to stand but Diaz has a closed guard, so he can't escape.
Jones wants to control from the top but Diaz keeps moving.
Diaz is doing well to control the posture of his opponent and prevent any damage.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.
Jones tries to stand but Diaz is controlling from the bottom.

Diaz pushes a forearm under Jones's chin to create some space. He's escaped his hips and pivoted quickly for an armbar! Can he extend the arm? Yes, Jones is tapping out! Damn, that was fast!
