The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Wentworth displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Brown. Wentworth doesn't manage to clinch there - Brown circles away.
Brown tries to clinch but Wentworth moves away and Wentworth counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Wentworth. Wentworth misses with a knee strike.
Brown has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate. Wentworth tries a knee to the head but Brown blocks it.
Brown goes for a takedown attempt but Wentworth pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.
Wentworth rushes Brown and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch. Wentworth tries to land a knee to the head but Brown blocks with his arms.
Wentworth lands a good knee to the midsection. Brown won't want to take too many of those. Wentworth unloads a knee to the mid-section. Brown lets out a prehistoric sounding urrrrgh. Wentworth pushing down on Brown's thigh, trying to pass to half guard. He's managed it... Nice work. Brown looking to work for a kimura from the bottom. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult. Wentworth stalling. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
The referee stands the fighters back up. Al Wentworth just wasn't active enough from the dominant position. Wentworth tries to close the distance and clinch but Brown swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Gracie yanks on the arm and Dias is forced to tap due to a very painful looking submission! Nice work by Gracie.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! A punch combination from Takimoto misses. Bourque stalks Takimoto and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Takimoto's face. Takimoto staggers backwards, shaken.
It looks like Tetsuya Takimoto has been cut. Bourque really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. Takimoto swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Bourque counters with a lovely straight right hand! Takimoto misses with a double jab
and Bourque counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Takimoto bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes. Bourque has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Takimoto finds it's way round the side to connect with Bourque's head. Bourque lands a really nice looking cross but Takimoto seems unphased.
That has opened up Tetsuya Takimoto's cut even more. Bourque throws a monster overhand right that drops Takimoto! Bourque follows up with more strikes from mount and the fight is all over!
