The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Smith throws a combination. Mann tries to block but a couple of punches get through.

It looks like Da Mann has been cut.
No joy there for Smith, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Smith waving his hands out infront of him, looking to distract Mann.
Smith misses with a body kick.
Smith lands a nice shot that snaps Mann's head back.
Mann fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Smith avoids it really well and circles away.
Nice takedown defense from Smith. No joy for Mann on that attempt.

Smith cracks Mann with an uppercut from hell and Mann crumples to the canvas, he's out! Oh no, he's recovered and he's grabbed one of Smith's legs and pulled him into guard. The ref thought about stopping it there but he's let it go - good reffing!

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Smith does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.
Mann has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him.
Mann tries to close the distance and clinch up but Smith swats him away and circles back towards the center.

Hiesel is working for a submission here. He's got hold of the far side arm and he's looking for a kimura. He's cranking on the arm and he's got it! Longson is tapping out! Ouch, that looked like it hurt!

Rimmer is trying to drag Stanley to the mat but Stanley just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there.
