Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Richard Moore!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Rakim shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Rakim showed some decent athleticism there.

Rakim postures up and decides to stand up, from the half guard. The ref calls for Moore to stand up.
Richard Moore seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Rakim feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
Rakim forces his way into half guard.
Rakim misses with a head shot. Moore uses the momentum to regain guard.
Moore keeping full guard, as Rakim tries to pass.
Rakim pushes down on Moore's leg and manages to get into half guard.

Moore must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.
A real slowdown in the pace of the fight for a moment, as Rakim holds on and takes a little breather.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.

Rakim has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Moore finds it's way round the side to connect with Rakim's head.

Moore is working to tighten is grip on Rakim's neck. He's isolated an arm and is working for an arm triangle. Rakim has recognised the danger and is trying to turn with the submission but Moore is really squeezing tight and eventually Rakim passes out! Moore breaks the hold and jumps onto the ropes to celebrate! Submission of the night, I'd say!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Pexton rushes Ward and presses him up against the ropes.
Ward has Pexton pressed up against the ropes and is working for takedown. Pexton manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing.
A real battle for position is taking place between these two warriors.
Pexton looks like he'd prefer to be striking at range right now.
Pexton lands with a quick shot inside that doesn't really do much damage.
Pexton gets double underhooks to prevent a takedown attempt from Ward.

Pexton decides to pull guard.
Pexton wants to stand up but Ward is controlling him.
Ward slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.

Ward drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Pexton dives on top into guard.

Ward looking for subs off his back but Pexton has passed one foot through into half guard.
Pexton is trying to get back to his feet now but his leg is trapped.

Ward is pushing down on Pexton's leg trying to pass to half guard. Pexton is fighting to maintain full guard but Ward has managed to sneak the leg through.

Gandhi is looking to clinch but Chambers is avoiding it.
Gandhi changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Chambers tries to avoid it but Gandhi manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Chambers to the ground. Chambers escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

Chambers drives through and clinches with Gandhi against the ropes.
Gandhi drops down looking for an ankle pick but Chambers pulls his leg out and moves away.
Chambers attempts a low kick but it misses it's target.
Gandhi checks a leg kick nicely.
Gandhi looks to land a combination. Chambers sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots.

Gandhi bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
Gandhi has knee on belly and now moves to full mount! Trouble for Chambers!

Khalidov wants to clinch
and Patrick counters with a three punch combo that has Khalidov backing up. Khalidov nods at Patrick to acknowledge the strikes.
Patrick throws a series of punches but Khalidov avoids them all with ease.

Khalidov throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Patrick was covering up waiting for the punch and Khalidov finishes the takedown easily into guard.
Khalidov wants to stand and escape but instead Patrick has hit a sweep and he's now on top in guard.
The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves.
