Broderick kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genuis that is Soldiers of the Wastelands. The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Broderick avoids a punch combination nicely.
Brostovski throws a right and a left that both miss. Broderick darts in and clinches Brostovski up against the cage. Brostovski tries to pull guard but Broderick holds him up against the cage and eventually Brostovski drops back down to his feet.
Broderick lands on the inside with an uppercut. Broderick throws a head punch that misses. Brostovski tries for a takedown but Broderick manages to get underhooks.
Brostovski is working on a single leg takedown against the cage. Broderick can't fight it off and eventually Brostovski manages to take the fight to the floor. Broderick looks annoyed but at least he's managed to land in guard. Brostovski thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position. Broderick is pulling down on Brostovski's head. It's preventing any offense from Brostovski, at least for the moment. Broderick looking for a sweep. Not yet Broderick, not yet. Brostovski throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Brostovski working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage. Brostovski avoids a guillotine attempt easily.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Broderick throws a nice looking combination but Brostovski bobs and weaves to avoid any damage. Broderick fails to land with a series of punches.
Brostovski has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him. Broderick bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Brostovski's head. A head kick misses from Broderick. Brostovski keeps the fight on the outside. Broderick swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Brostovski counters with a series of strikes. Broderick will be more careful next time no doubt. Brostovski looks gassed! Brostovski misses with the combination.
Brostovski darts in trying to clinch and Broderick makes him pay by landing a thudding low kick. Brostovski is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two. Brostovski rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Broderick moves out of range and avoids them all easily. Brostovski is looking to clinch but Broderick is avoiding it.

and Broderick counters with a lovely shot to the body. Broderick lands with a straight right. Brostovski didn't see that one coming. Brostovski throws a series of punches but Broderick moves out of range. Brostovski throws a right hand that Broderick ducks under and follows up with a left that Broderick also avoids with ease. Brostovski misses with a few strikes there.
Brostovski lands a big right hand and follows it up with an uppercut. Oh and another big punch and a knee - Broderick can't take much more of this! Another big shot to the jaw from Brostovski and Broderick drops to the floor. Beaten and bloodied - he had enough there. A vicious beatdown by Brostovski.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Abigor shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Cash's guard. Abigor content to strike from guard, landing some decent shots. Abigor has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. Cash had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Abigor is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Cash Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Abigor's back instead. Abigor is defending well here and trying to improve his position.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Cash has his opponent's back and is working for the choke. Abigor breaks Cash's hooks off and manages to turn into his guard.

Cash bucks up and manages to get a nice reversal! He's in guard on the top - nicely done! Cash tries to free his leg and advance position but Abigor is retaining full guard. Cash passes Abigor's right leg, so he's now in half guard. Cash looking to pass the half guard. Not this time. Abigor is trying to stand up here but Cash is controlling him well. Abigor is looking to sinch up a gullotine here but Cash pulls his head out easily. Cash works his foot free and advances to mount. Abigor tries to hold on but Cash postures up.

Abigor regains half guard. Abigor has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Cash is working away from the top position though. Abigor gets back to full guard.

He'll be looking to tighten that up but Abigor can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself. Both fighters are breathing heavily.
Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up. Abigor throws an overhand right that lands on Cash's shoulder, as Cash tries to avoid the shot. Abigor fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Cash, pushing him back against the cage. Cash gets underhooks to prevent Abigor's takedown attempt.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so. Abigor pulls guard. Abigor trying to keep a closed guard but Cash is proving a slippery customer.

He's flipped onto his stomach and he's cranking hard on the arm! Cash screams in pain and taps out! This one is all over!

Hanson changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Cox looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better. Hanson thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead. Hanson moves into full mount! Hanson moves to back control. That's three minutes gone in the round. Hanson is looking to finish the fight by rear naked choke. Cox knows exactly what he's got planned though, so he's defending well. Maybe a few strikes would soften Cox for a finish. Hanson looking for the RNC. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Hanson has the rear naked choke here! This is very bad for Cox! Can he survive? No! He's out! Hanson gets to his feet and celebrates with his cornermen. He looks absolutely delighted. In the post fight interviews he takes time to thank his parents and everyone who has believed in him from the start. How sweet.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Fisher throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Adams's waist but Adams gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Fisher off to one side. Fisher swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Fisher shoots in but no luck this time. Nice sprawl there from Adams as Fisher shoots in. Brian Adams has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now.
