Undercard bout

Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Pablo Gammer (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jeff Trujillo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Pablo Gammer had real problems making weight for this fight. After initially coming in at 171.1lbs, he had two hours to make the official fight weight. He made it but it will have taken a lot out of him to cut those extra few pounds. We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Trujillo lands a high kick to the side of Gammer's head that stuns him and send him tumbling down to the canvas! Trujillo dives into guard, looking to finish.

Gammer is rocked!

It looks like Pablo Gammer has been cut.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Trujillo lands a nice shot whilst sitting in his opponent's guard.
Oh Gammer is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!

Gammer had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Trujillo is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Gammer Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Trujillo's back instead.

Gammer connects with a big shot to the side of Trujillo's head.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Gammer will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.

Trujillo feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Rolla changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Bingisser tries to avoid it but Rolla manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Bingisser to the ground. Bingisser escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

Bingisser has to defend the other arm for all he's worth... but Rolla has managed to get that arm free too and he's tightening the choke! Bingisser taps out and looks absolutely disgusted with himself. Rolla doesn't care though - he's delighted!
