The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Dent throws a low kick but Cholmondley Smythe avoids it. Dent misses with a straight left. Dent fails in his attempt to clinch. Dent is looking to chop away at Cholmondley Smythe 's legs. A head kick misses from Dent. Cholmondley Smythe shoots for a takedown but Dent saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily. Dent really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. Dent stuns Cholmondley Smythe with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range. Dent stuffs the takedown attempt from Cholmondley Smythe . Cholmondley Smythe gets slowly back to his feet. Dent tries to keep at a distance but Cholmondley Smythe has taken the fight into the clinch. Dent lands an elbow that stopped Cholmondley Smythe in his tracks for a moment. The bell rings for round one and we are underway! No luck for Reed with that takedown attempt. Reed dodges the punch combination from KaNuckles.
Reed fails with a takedown attempt. KaNuckles throws and low kick but Reed moves out of range easily. KaNuckles moves out of range of the strikes. Reed loads up on a big right hand but KaNuckles slips the punch. Reed tries to score a power double leg takedown but KaNuckles sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Reed somewhat. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Jamal Reed. That's going to take a lot out of him. KaNuckles throws a quick inside leg kick. KaNuckles feints and then cracks Reed's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Reed down. Reed is breathing heavily. Reed scores a takedown into full mount! KaNuckles wriggling around on the bottom manages to avoid the strikes thrown by Reed.
KaNuckles is looking to improve his position but Reed isn't that keen on the idea. KaNuckles bucks up and manages to get a nice reversal! He's in guard on the top - nicely done! Reed looks to be working for a triangle here. Oh, it looks like he might have it! KaNuckles has picked Reed up and slammed him! Reed can't keep hold of the triangle and KaNuckles manages to pass to side control! Reed gives up the full mount - oops, sloppy defensive grappling there! KaNuckles throwing sloppy strikes, which aren't doing any damage.

Reed slips effortlessly into side control - very nice. Reed stands up and we're back to a striking position. Reed tries to clinch up. Nice defenses there by KaNuckles. KaNuckles displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Reed.
That's six minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. KaNuckles steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Reed. Reed fails with a takedown attempt from distance. Reed falls off balance throwing a combination
and KaNuckles counters with a body kick. Reed darts in trying to clinch and KaNuckles counters with a stiff right hand. KaNuckles moves into the clinch. KaNuckles leaning his opponent against the cage. KaNuckles is trying to wear down his opponent with knees to the body. Knees in the clinch landing for KaNuckles.

Zhandunka steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Dream. Dream throws out a loose jab but Zhandunka uses good head movement to avoid it. Dream ducked under it nicely. Zhandunka staying out of range there. Zhandunka slips a jab from Dream. Zhandunka tries to clinch but Dream moves out of range. Dream looks to score with a combo but nothing lands. Zhandunka tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Dream paws at him with a jab and circles away. Zhandunka throws a combination that misses and Zhandunka takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles. Zhandunka punishes Dream's body with a nice straight punch. Zhandunka clinches up against the cage. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. A short left from Zhandunka. Zhandunka manages to break the clinch.

Even rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Weatherbottom moves out of range and avoids them all easily. Even tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Weatherbottom avoids the clinch attempt nicely.

Weatherbottom fakes a jab and then connects with a hook. Even tries to score a power double leg takedown but Weatherbottom sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Even somewhat. Weatherbottom has Even up against the cage in a clinch.
