Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Heinrich Dussander (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Derick Thompson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Dussander kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Richard Wagner-Ride Of The Valkyries. Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! No joy there for Thompson, who threw a few shots but didn't land.

Thompson bounces back off the cage towards Dussander, who cracks him with a two punch combination that drops him to his knees! Dussander lands two more shots before the referee has chance to intervene - what a finish! Dussander celebrates with his corner as the crowd cheer loudly.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Gracie misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out. Gracie closes this distance looking for a takedown but King circles away. King fakes a head shot and lands one to the body. King throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
King goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo. King is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two. King lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Gracie backs up against the cage.
Gracie shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Gracie is looking for a kimura but King is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Gracie to get the leverage. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. King manages to escape and get back to his feet! Gracie takes a punch to the jaw and another one to the bread basket. King lands a nice hook to Gracie's body. Gracie takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes. King lands with a nice combination. Gracie backs away looking to recover. Nice body punch from King. Gracie is breathing heavily.
That's one minute gone in the round. Gracie takes one on the button. King uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Gracie has time to react. Gracie slips a jab and a cross from King.

A punch lands to the side of Gracie 's head but he takes it in his stride. King changes levels and scores with a jab to the body. A jab from King does it's job there. The crowd are loving this. Gracie is rocked! Gracie walks straight into a right hand from King - that's dropped him! King jumps into mount and starts pounding away - can he finish?! More strikes go undefended and the referee has to dive in to save Gracie from any more punishment! Gracie complains about the stoppage but falls over as he tries to stand back up, so it was clearly a good stoppage.

Tyson moves into the clinch. Tyson creates a bit of space for himself and sneaks an elbow through Silva's defenses.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Muniz dodges the punch combination from Dobren.
Dobren tries a head kick but it misses.
Muniz looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into mount! Oh, that's bad for Dobren! Dobren wants to hold on but Muniz pushes him away. Dobren working to try and regain half guard.
Dobren sneaks a leg under to get to half guard. Dobren wants to improve his position but Muniz is controlling well.
Dobren is pressing down on Muniz's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

That's two minutes gone in the round. My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer. Dobren looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
Dobren is doing well to control the posture of his opponent and prevent any damage. Muniz wants to control from the top but Dobren keeps moving. Muniz must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu. Dobren is trying to control the position but Muniz postures up. Dobren throws some sloppy strikes off his back.
Dobren wants to sweep but no luck. Muniz drops back looking for a submission - "I'm sorry sir, but I'm gunna break your leg" says Muniz as he cranks on the unfortunate limb! Dobren screams and taps out before any major damage is done! Don't mess with Muniz! Nice submission victory there!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Dynamite dodges the punch combination from Lee.
Lee is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Dynamite. Dynamite shoots in but Lee avoids the takedown attempt easily. Dynamite shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it. Dynamite misses with a takedown attempt - Lee sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Don Dynamite. That's going to take a lot out of him. Dynamite looks to land a left hand but Lee moved out of range nicely. Lee lands a jab.
It looks like Don Dynamite has been cut. Lee lands with an uppercut that bounces Dynamite off the cage and back into rage. A jab lands there for Lee. Dynamite throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Lee's waist but Lee gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Dynamite off to one side. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Lee scores to the head and body with a nice combination! Lee cracks Dynamite with a right hand to the side of the head. Nice uppercut there from Lee. Lee drops Dynamite with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Dynamite looks back up at him and smiles so Lee waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.
Dynamite is rocked!
Don Dynamite's cut is getting worse. Dynamite is breathing heavily. Dynamite will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts. Lee circles and sees the opportunity to plant his feet and throw a really nice straight left hand that drops Dynamite to the canvas! Dynamite doesn't know where he is but he's trying to survive - Lee keeps piling on the pressure and forces the referee to step in! This one is aaaaaall over!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Nice sprawl there from James as rodrigo shoots in. rodrigo uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by James.
rodrigo takes a body punch but keeps moving. James connects with a single shot there. James throws a shot to the body.
rodrigo looks for a takedown but James sprawls well. James dips down and scores with a jab to the body. rodrigo drops his hands momentarily and James takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head. rodrigo ducks down and throws a hook to the body but James moves away. James misses the shot to the body. James takes a swing at rodrigo's ribcage but misses. James lands a right hook to the body.
James scores with a hook to the body. rodrigo takes a step back and tries to catch his breath. James forces rodrigo back against the cage and clinches. This has been an exciting period of action! James blocks a couple of punches on the inside.

rodrigo tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. James just stands there and leans against the cage. rodrigo looks gassed! James lands a hook to the body. It's hard to tell if that hurt rodrigo or not. rodrigo lands a nice trip takedown into half guard.
James is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of rodrigo's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take rodrigo's back!
That's one minute gone in the round. James throws a big right hand but he misses and hits the mat. Ouch. You can see the frustration on rodrigo's face… He knows he is in trouble unless he improves his position sooner rather than later.
James looking to break rodrigo's wrist control so he can sink in the choke. rodrigo remaining controlled and patient though - he really has to keep calm otherwise James will wrap this one up with the rear naked choke! James has the rear naked choke here! This is very bad for rodrigo! Can he survive? No! He's out! James gets to his feet and celebrates with his cornermen. He looks absolutely delighted. In the post fight interviews he takes time to thank his parents and everyone who has believed in him from the start. How sweet.
