Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Vincent Volkov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Winston Blau (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Volkov comes to the ring accompanied by The Trooper by Iron Maiden. On his way into the ring it seems that Vincent Volkov has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Vincent Volkov seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Blau uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Volkov.
Blau keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Volkov throws an overhand right that lands on Blau's shoulder, as Blau tries to avoid the shot.
Volkov throws the kick towards the body but Blau avoids it.
Volkov throws a right and a left that both miss.
Blau dodges the punch combination from Volkov.
Nice uppercut lands for Volkov. That snapped Blau's head back.

It looks like Winston Blau has been cut.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Blau shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Volkov pinned against the cage. Volkov gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Volkov does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.

Blau shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Volkov as he avoids it easily.

Blau seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.

Blau is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Volkov is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Volkov has escaped and now he's on top!
