He would have liked to come in 100% fit but that's not always possible. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the ring.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 6 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Max Dagani!
The judges for this bout are Shigeki Fujiwara, Yasuomi Hirokawa and Yuuki Gou.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dagani slips a jab and a cross from Retso.
Retso tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Retso lands a jab to the nose.
Dagani changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Retso tries to avoid it but Dagani manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Retso to the ground. Retso escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Retso misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Retso lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Dagani at a distance.
Dagani looks gassed!
Retso lands a with a good body shot.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

Retso shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Dagani's guard.

The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.
